Today I stopped at the Hi-Lo car wash location in town. I aired 20 min for the car wash as everyone…read morehad the same idea of getting salt & dirt off their cars, no problem. What WAS the problem was as soon as the car wash arms started moving I noticed the drivers side arms didn't have any soap coming out. Either frozen or blocked, some was dribbling out so I'd assume blocked. Then the passenger side arm came from the back to the front doing the same. At the end, I had paid$12.00 for the premium wash, the passenger side arms dropped all in the floor the hot wax. As soon as I pulled out I looked at the car and it was to no surprise ,,, Dirty still I asked the gas attendant for my money back, he shoved money at me yelling " IM NOT THE BOSS" " you go down there"!! Pointing towards Main St. I asked him why I should drive somewhere when he could simply call his boss? And why not close the car wash because there were many more cars in line at that point. He just yelled again "I'm not the Boss!!" I will NEVER stop at this location again. Beware Once I got in the car and went to put the money away I noticed he gave me $8. Instead of $12.
