I wouldn't recommend. Because of this company's internal issues my aunt has suffered the consequences. She's had multiple, multiple, MULTIPLE case managers and every time she begins to trust and build a relationship with one, they either quit or get fired and we get left with no explanation, no help, just waiting on services, I get told the director of operations will call me but never got a call since Feb. Aneki and Cedric assisted me with getting my mom an Assisted Living Waiver program to help with expenses at the residential care facility she was staying at. During the process, my mother was hospitalized three different times and placed in two different nursing homes for rehabilitation therapy and throughout the process, they reached out to me, my father and the nursing facilities to ensure the follow through with the process of the waiver.
