Livewell has exceeded my expectation, and their loving and highly trained CarePro's were wonderful. My Aunt Ruth has always lived by herself and I needed the peace of mind knowing that someone would always be there 24/7 and they would arrive on time for their shifts. I received a details note of her care and needs each day. I also like receiving a notification whenever one of the CarePro's arrived and left. At first my Aunt did not want anyone to be in her house, and she didn't think she needed any help. But once she met the CarePro's, she liked having them there for company and even insisted they sit and join her for each meal. My Aunt lost her eyesight after her surgery and she quickly realized she would need a lot of help to physically move around and bathe. After a few weeks, she even looked forward to waking up each morning knowing someone was always there to help keep her safe. And when she awoke at night disorientated or scared the CarePro's were there to comfort and reassure her that everything was alright and that she was safe in her own home. read more

We recently needed a caregiver to stay with my mother during the day while my wife and I were at work, for one week. My mother has Alzheimer's and needs help with all activities of daily living. I called Livewell a week ahead of time, and they were able to arrange for three different caregiver candidates to come to our home over the weekend before my mother's arrival, so that my wife and I could interview them and pick the one we felt most comfortable with. Livewell was the only agency we contacted that let us interview multiple candidates ahead of time, and it made us feel much more comfortable leaving my mother in their care. Plus, the caregiver herself was awesome! Very caring, compassionate, competent, hardworking, and reliable. I would definitely use Livewell again, and they deserve a five star rating from me for sure. read more

It is actually difficult to put into words exactly how my experience with Live Well has been. Dreading the whole process, I looked online for an agency to find a caregiver for my 97 year old mother-in-law. LiveWell was my second call - at 8 at night, knowing discharge from the hospital would be the next day. Nicole answered the call, spent about an hour on the phone and explained how the system worked. She told me what help she could try to get for me and gave me a timeline for when she would get back to me. I was sceptical. Nicole did exactly as she said she would and since that first encounter I have never doubted anything she or Stephanie have told me. They are truly stars in this business. I always reach someone on the phone and always get a response to my e-mails. Their communication is kind, professional, accurate and reliable. I am trying to put the specifics of my experience into words, but I can more accurately describe my experience by saying Live Well is a gift in the middle of a very difficult family experience. I have had to cancel a needed surgery for my knee last December with the fear of "no help or advocate for me." I have been reaching out to so many locations and companies and fell into the hands of an amazing, professional, and clearly thinking RN, Nicolle. She visited me recently as she heard my fear of being a box on a conveyor belt, and not being heard." Welcome to the new world of medicine and fear is just the beginning. The other options were a little less expensive services, but I am the patient, a senior needing a voice for me, and needed expert help. Here she was in my living room, timely, prepared, observing me and my words, creating a plan. Oh my what an amazing relief for me. My family is over-whelmed and I am having a full knee replacement. Nicolle's suggestion of having an advocate with me at the doctors office made amazing sense that I had not thought of, further to the meeting for the final documentation of my allergies, concerns, details of rehabilitation, and more...keeping everything in order and my safety a priority. I am moving forward with confidence that this agency, this professional group will support me during the surgery and than after for me to have help at home.
