My dad listed me as a beneficiary, I have requested in writing several times to get a copy of my dad's trust. They will not provide me with what I paid for. They also did not do research on my dads marital status and wrote up a trust for a marriage that wasn't even legal, and instead of providing his daughters with the paperwork they are providing information to his "wife" that isn't even legally his wife. When they filled out the paperwork my dad was on so many medications from his cancer he was not in his right mind including prescribed fentanyl, but they still took my $2,600.00 and won't provide me with a copy of the trust that I paid for. If you aren't the one getting the trust personally, please do not hire them for your loved ones as if they will treat you even being a beneficiary like you have no access even if you are clearly named in the trust. I have contacted several times. The person listed as the trustee was supposed to be me, but with my dad under the influence of medications listed his "wife" that wasn't legally his wife will not have any contact with me or my sister. She has a record and just ran off with the funds from my dad and disappeared and blocked any contact with my dad's family. For a Lawfirm I paid for I would expect a little more respect as $2,600 is not cheap. I would also expect them to verify they are writing a trust for a real and valid marriage. I would also think they would treat someone who paid with respect. I went and checked out so many lawyers to hire for my dad, I am really disappointed I chose them and got really disrespected by them in so many ways.
