Professional, beautiful photos are key to marketing an apartment, home or location. Leon is…read morefantastic to work with for real estate photography - he delivers bright, clear, and polished images that will really showcase your place in the best light. If you are renting, selling or Airbnb'ing a space, you will definitely benefit from Leon's help. I briefly considered taking my own photos, but there is a tremendous difference in my photos (my amateur photos were not nearly as clear and attractive) vs. professional photos. I'm very happy I decided to go with Leon's professional photography. My apartment listing (on Streeteasy and other sites) has gotten a very high number of views and lots of interest - thanks to Leon's photos of it. I've gotten lots of compliments from a number of people on my photos as well. Beyond being a talented photographer, Leon also gave me advice on staging and placement of furniture and decorations to get the best shots. I found this to be very valuable. Leon's rates are reasonable too. Leon is also a very considerate, interesting and intuitive person to work with. Sometimes the real estate process can be a little stressful or hectic, but Leon made this piece more pleasant. Again, if you are looking for beautiful and polished photos for real estate or event spaces, I highly recommend Leon's photography service.

He really made our apartment shine and after listing it I'm still getting so many compliments on the pictures. In fact I've already referred several people to Leon. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality you get. Turnaround time was super quick and communication with Leon was very good. If you want your apartment to stand out, hire him now!

I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me
