After repeated follow-ups -and finally a demand letter - I finally got semi-rebuilt chairs delivered May 1 2026. No one checked-in, offered an apology, or followed up through the almost 6 month process. I had to initiate everything. Way too much time, money and aggravation for a product I no longer want -- every time I look at them I'm reminded of the poor customer service. 2 stars because the quality of the chair is very nice.
