We enlisted the design services of AndrinaPaladin Designs for the complete renovation of our…read moreoriginally traditional New England style, single-level beach house, into a contemporary, open, light and airy living space. The remodel included removal of a kitchen/dining room wall to provide an open concept, and the removal of a central double-sided fireplace to open the living room area. A new fireplace was installed, dated soffits were removed, ceilings were modified, skylights added and both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled. During the entire process Andrina demonstrated exceptional professionalism. She kept the project moving and more importantly, us on track and on budget by working with us to make literally over a hundred decisions ranging from material selections (paint, stain, stone, tile, glass, etc.), to hardware selection. Andrina's research, planning and schedule management facilitated the entire project. Throughout the process she helped us to visualize the finished product with the use of sketches and renderings.
