I'm new in town and needed a new doctor. This facility is near my house, so I thought I'd give…read morethem a try. My first experience was with the walk-in clinic. I stopped in to get prescriptions refilled and they got me right in, ordered my prescriptions and gave me the information to get set up as a new patient. They ordered my records from my previous doctor and said the one FNP that was accepting new patients would review the records and let me know if they could accept me as a patient. It took about 1-1/2 weeks to hear back; I was accepted and had my first visit today. Everyone here is very, very friendly and I felt completely comfortable discussing my health concerns. I was brought back to an exam room within two minutes; after getting vitals taken, it was less than a minute before Jennifer Young, FNP was in to see me. The visit was thorough and pleasant. I was sent down to their lab afterward, and again waited less than two minutes before I was called. I'm a hard stick, and the technician got my blood sample on the first try (with no pain for me, a definite plus). I am very, very happy with this practice and so glad I decided to go with them!

I had a great experience with Irene Torres. I got bit by a dog just above my lip. I had to get 7…read morestitches. I was very worried about getting them taken out because I know it can be very painful because I knew how tight the stitches were and how sensitive the area was. I went in to get them removed, and she told me originally to wait another day or two, but when I told her how concerned I was about who did it, she called me back to tell me that she had contacted the other NP that would be there that day to ask her how she felt about removing the stitches, and she didn't feel comfortable doing it. Irene researched the amount of time needed to leave the stitches in to make sure it would be ok to remove them that day, and said that I would be fine to come back that day while she was there. It showed how much she truly cares about her patients. She did an excellent job with the removal, and I had very little pain. I was so relieved to have them out, and it's still healing up nicely. Irene has years of experience, is very kind and does a great job. CVS is lucky to have her! Thanks again!

Did an okay to pretty good job. $165 for first visit and had to come back a few days later and it was $40 follow up. Tri care is a real piece of work, they did some shady stuff to cancel insurance in first place. So here we are and the wait was long. And it helps to register online and pre register. The perfect mix of concern/attention/professionalism and humor to allay our worst fears. He told us to bring her back on Saturday to follow up, just to be certain that she was gonna be ok. The receptionist told us that we could go to their save my spot website to make an appointment for this follow up visit. So, on Friday, we went to the local Senior Center to use their computer to 'save my spot'. As directed, we arrived 15 minutes ahead of our 'saved' time. It was another hour & 30 minutes before we saw the Doctor. The Doctor is Great! The staff are friendly. They would get 5+ stars.
