I was there for a physical and the entire visit was an unorganized mess. The care quality was awful and the employees were basic to say the least. I came here last week for pre employment tests. They had difficulty getting my blood drawn. The phlebotomist could not do it, she poked me twice. The doctor then tried he also poked me twice. The reason I am leaving 4 stars today is because a phlebotomist Ada was able to draw blood using a butterfly needle. I was like dang why didn't they try that last time. There seems to be no urgency to care for patients here! They are horrible in scheduling follow-up appointments, as you still have to wait 45+ minutes after your appointment time just to be roomed. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when you have other obligations fulfill. Additionally, the clinic rooms and waiting area are incredibly dirty. The walls, doors and floors are shamefully not up to a medical facilities standard. Bring a snack and book. You'll be there a LONG time!! read more

The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional and had very negative attitudes. I interacted with two women who were dismissive and unkind, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. It would be much better if the business hired people who are more patient, respectful, and welcoming to customers. Since one star is the lowest I can rate, I guess we'll have to go with that. This place apparently used to be "US Healthworks" but is now owned by Concentra. This particular location was shut down for some time--i'm assuming due to the pandemic--but now has reopened. Buckle up folks because this is going to be a long one... I started off being sent away from a different Concentra location because they were too busy. They asked me to drive to this location because the wait was shorter. At first I thought this was a considerate move but it ended up being a waste of my time in the end. *Note I was sent to Concentra in response to a work injury I sustained * After driving to the secondary location, waiting for about an hour, I was finally called in, to be seen. My weight and height was taken, and I was ushered into a dingy, dimly-lit room to get my blood pressure taken. Immediately afterwards I was ushered into an alternative room for further evaluation from the doctor. When the doctor finally came in, he didn't even physically look at my injury or touch me to see what was wrong.... He just asked for a verbal explanation for me to give him. He prescribed me some medication and then told me that I had to go back to the previous Concentra I was sent from in order to get an Xray because they don't have a machine on site. (YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME RIGHT?!) I only had about 15 minutes to get from this location to the last one before they closed to try to get an X-ray... and I had to beg them to do it.... I tried for days afterwards to get a follow up on my X-rays or even a follow-up appointment so I could get my worker's comp situation taken care of for work. It just never happened. No one would return my calls. and when I showed up in person to request a follow up I was turned away for not having an appointment. This place is bass-ackwards. Don't waste your time or money coming here. You are ultimately better off going to the ER and getting some REAL treatment. After all was said in done.... I was STILL in pain... STILL LIVID... and my worker's comp claim fell through due to their refusal to provide decent service. I will NEVER AGAIN come here or any other Concentra... and i'll advise anyone I care about to do the same. What an embarrassment to the medical profession. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Checked in at 9:30 to see the doctor (they only have one doctor). Agter 90 minutes they said ot would be 45 more minutes. After waiting another 45 minutes, they said it would be another 45. So I waited over two hours for nothing. Told them to refund my money and I walked out. Horrible. Stay away from them. read more

Both ladies at the front desk do NOT greet anyone but instead look people up and down and continue with what they are doing. I was here Monday and the Operations Director was amazing, greeting people and giving them a heads up it would be a moment. Today it was as though near young woman could bother to acknowledge anyone. Then they took people out of turn because they weren't acknowledging people as they walked in. If I could give less than one star I would. Not to say the ladies working here aren't nice people just their system really sucks. I was there almost four hours for just a physical and tb test. And the entire time there was less than ten other people there. Yet they had two ladies working the front desk, five in the back and at least one doctor. Now I am no expert on medical care but I think this could be worked out much better. Plus no one answers the phone lines. Despite the negative reviews, I had no issues with this clinic. I went for my yearly FIT test (N95 mask) for work. They had me in and out of there in 25 minutes. It was quick and easy. The staff were all friendly and professional. The building could definitely use cleaning and updating. read more

US HELLWORKS! A term coined by my fellow co-workers... Can't say I disagree with them either... In fact my personal experience only supported the horror stories about this place. I would give this place 0 or negative stars if I could... I'm not sure if this place reeks of incompetence or if they are on the insurance companies payroll...I feel like their job is to just clear you ASAP and return you to work regardless of the consequences to you or your physical condition. They love to prescribe pills...pills...pills...do you need any more pills? The facility itself looks fairly clean and organized, but that's about it. Sometimes the wait to see the "doctor" is ridiculous. I've waited as long as an hour before. Some of the times I never actually saw the "Doctor" only the physician's assistant. I had an absolutely horrendous experience here: The Physician treating me was Smoking crack...Looong story short. I pinched my sciatic nerve, went in to get diagnosed and was told "You're fine. You just pulled a muscle, you should go back to work tonight." My right foot was damn near purple and almost twice the size of my left foot, not to mention the throbbing pain and numbness...oh and I couldn't stand on it either! He wanted me to take a shot for pain and go right back to work! Riggghhhttt... That uneasy feeling that you get when your gut tells you something is wrong...especially when you were warned about this place from others. Well that gut definitely started creeping up...especially after a few more useless visits. I was supposed to get an X-Ray on my first visit, never got one. The doctor asked me why I never got one...umm...how should I know? Your'e the doctor and you are the one who was supposed to give me one! WTF?! Then I had to fight; complain and fuss about, in order to get an MRI, which everyone and their mama said I needed except the doctor treating me... Finally after getting an MRI, the results confirmed my suspicions...something was definitely wrong: A bulging disc on the Lumbar L4/L5, not to mention a Bony Spur on the L5/S1. YAY!!! Said no one ever... This place is a joke! How is this place still operational!? How, have they not been sued yet for medical malpractice?! Do yourself a favor: Stay away from this place, no good will come to you...if you are forced to go to this clinic, document EVERYTHING and go consult a workers comp lawyer beforehand or have one on standby... read more

This place was not great, was here for a general pre employment drug test. The facility wasn't clean, felt grim, signs everywhere about not committing violence in the facility. The Staff didn't speak great English, didn't make me feel comfortable being there, and had absolutely not support for me what so ever when asking about the procedure. read more

Sent here by employer for a workman's comp injury. Front desk woman is very kind and continually cleaning the front desk area. She is patient with my employer not sending me with paperwork & we are waiting for a call beck from them. Turns out my employer is supposed to use my insurance & reg surgeons recommendations. The doctor did her best to explain, I am only confused at her return to work notes. Plan for a long wait. There was no exam & injury is not recognized. No advice given for care. read more

While the staff may have good consumer experience, the physician Diana Johns has done. She played down my injuries and pain. On my first visit during my examination she pushed my arms up while my arm and shoulder were in pain. At that very moment, she tells me not to push against her arms because she's had surgery on her shoulders. At that I was confused about whom the patient was, her or me. Today, February 12, 2025, was my follow-up. She came into the room and immediately said," You can go back to work your injuries were not that serious nor severe. She played down my pain and injuries, without offering me any type of treatment other than muscle relaxers. Also, on my first visit she made the statement. Well, I don't know if you're seeking any narcotics because I can't give you any. I never asked her for pain medication, I simply told her I was in pain. I wasn't offer any physical therapy or treatment just go back to work is all she said. read more

Front desk girl was super sweet. First ma who did my blood draw and gave me a TDAP injection was the most kind person on planet earth. (Tiny Asian gal- I'm sorry!!!!! I forgot your name) Doctor that did my physical had negative zero bedside manner- asking me if it was worth moving to California with my spouse...... stick to your scope.... WTH I didn't think I was getting a physical by a therapist? She also got super close up to me for no reason. Reflexes? Why are you up to my nose? Had to come back 2 days later for UA and mask fitting- the MA was extremely rude.... Like super rude. For no reason. I understand working in urgent care is probably annoying- but this MA was literally so rude for no reason. This place sucks. Lol. read more

If you guys get Tatesha Pruitt as a doctor, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ONE!!! Super rude and unprofessional, loves to give attitude and antagonize you for no reason. We've been here on numerous occasions due to my bf having been assigned to this clinic for workers comp, and she's been nothing but extremely rude every time he sees her. We just gave her the benefit of the doubt, everyone has bad days, we get it and we understand that, but it's every. single. time. We straight up got up and left after she came in and gave us attitude like she does every time we see her, started antagonizing us over why we haven't gotten an MRI when we were told that someone would contact us (which they haven't) and slammed the door behind her after we explained to her twice that we were told to expect a call, guess she didn't like that answer. People are coming to this clinic because they have no choice, they are just trying to get help. It's infuriating that us as patients have to endure getting treated like that just to get some help, just bc you're a doctor doesn't mean you get to treat everyone like shit, if you hate your job that much, choose a different line of work. Everyone else is so nice and sweet, shout-out to the ladies at the front desk and the nurses who are always polite and very nice, if anything they were the only people having us coming back to this place. Everything turned sour once we got to the back, this clinic might wanna consider replacing this doctor or making sure their doctors have evaluations or something because someone like this can be enough reason people leave horrible reviews and ruin your reputation. Went in for a fever, sore throat, dizziness, nasty cough, and weakness. Told me after I waited for a half hour that I had to go buy an at home covid test and get a negative before anyone would see me. At the time, they told me it was an hour wait to see the doctor. I got the negative covid test, came back only an hour later, and suddenly they said it's a 3 hour wait and $200 paying out of pocket without insurance. They did a flu test and strep test, the nurse told me they had to test both nostrils but only tested one, so both came out negative. Doctor told me to go home and rest with Tylenol because they can't diagnose me with anything. $200 for diddly squat. read more

Beyond disappointed by both of my visits (I'm still stuck here). On Monday, i walked in have a prescreening drug test. I waited for an hour, which I expected because of all the people that did have appointments before me. When I was called in, I did as asked, and when the tech sat me down to draw my blood, i did tell her that my veins are really deep and pointed to the area with a good vein. Nope. She went back and forth feeling both arms for 10 minutes just to give up and send me to an outpatient facility. And when I reminded her, she said "yknow, it's best if you keep it to yourself because the tech is trying to get your veins, and when you talk, the vein moves." Rude...trying to help not discourage you. Now. I'm back to get my TB test read, and I've been here since 8am. My deadline is by today at 10am... don't think I'm going to make it.. And if you're wondering why I'm so pissed, Linda told me to sign in, and never helped me. I would understand if she forgot to check the list, but I came back up! No help...so lazy...she needs to find a new job. I'm so fucking done with this place. read more

The hospital is the Motel 6 of hospitals. Terrible service, even if you had an appointment. It looks unsanitary. This place is so nasty it looks like it should have been a challenge on Fear Factor. Do yourself a favor don't come here. Most likely they'll only have 1 Doctor on duty, that's the situation I'm currently in. Glad it's my wife getting seen and not me. HORRIBLE. Absolutely horrible!!! i have never experienced a health care service where it takes over an hour and a half of waiting to pee in a cup for a dang drug test. the test itself only takes 2 minutes and i only had 2 people in front of me. unfortunately, you don't really get to decide where to go and get a drug test. you normally just get handed the paperwork and need to suck it up from there. BUT...i have never experienced having to wait 45 minutes each person for peeing in a cup!!! i wouldn't be suprised if someone complained about UTI. roar. i saw other people ask the receptionists how much longer it would take to be seen...and i love how they kept saying, "oh, it will just be a few more minutes." puahahah...what a lie! one good thing about this place...a guy came in with his finger almost cut off and they saw him immediately. i'm glad that they'll at least take care of people who urgently needed to be seen and not make them wait ridiculously long. oh, and the lady who walked me back to assist me with my drug test was nice...and helpful... that's about it. hopefully, this will be the last time i ever have to come to this place. ugh... read more

I should give this place and the entire Concentra system negative star for their service. I dont understand why a lot of employers contract with them to send their employees out for drug screening, physical exam and other stuff. I came to the clinic when there were about 5 or 6 people waiting... And they let us wait and wait and wait, and then a front desk staff member asked me to come back the next day. And they lost my urine sample too, which ended up by me having to go to Quest Diagnostics. The entire sample collection at Quest only took me 10 mins for EVERYTHING: from check in to out! One of the worst experiences that I have had. For one COVID measure were not being followed. Nothing was being sanitized. The MAs did not change gloves between patients, the bathroom was full of pubic hair. Masks were optional based on the waiting room. The office manager did not enforce masks or sanitization but was quick to threaten me with jeopardizing my job when I requested my husband remain with me. She demanded I undress paired with a threat. The doctor was appalled and could not stop apologizing. My profile was incomplete. Tb was done way to deep, bleed like a volcano, gauze was never supplied and blood remained on the floor. Disgusting and relieved to leave. Terrified to go back and have my test read. The site is already bruised read more
