The doctor spoke very limited English, so it was hard to understand him and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I don't think he fully understood my explanation of how the injury happened (repetitive use of heavy landscape tools at work). The final report has clear errors: it lists a "left shoulder fracture" and "left shoulder sprain" when my injury is 100% right shoulder. No left-side pain, no left exam, no left imaging. Everything from Kaiser (ER and MRI) confirms right only. The restrictions (no right arm use) were correct, but the wrong-side diagnosis is concerning for my claim. Staff was okay, check-in was quick enough, but the language barrier and mistakes in the report made the visit stressful. had a very frustrating experience at Concentra in San Bernardino on Sunday, April 12. I went in to have my TB test read, which was completed without issue. However, when I requested a copy of my results, I was asked to wait. That wait turned into over an hour with no communication or updates. Around 7:40 PM, the staff member at the front desk left the clinic to attend to personal visitors, leaving the front desk completely unattended. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where patients expect timely service and accountability. I understand that clinics can get busy, but leaving patients waiting for extended periods without explanation--and abandoning the front desk entirely--reflects very poor customer service. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others. read more

I had a great experience at this location. I went in around 9:00pm at night because I cut my foot open and needed stitches. I expected a long wait as I hadn't been there before, but there were only two other people in the waiting room and I was in within an hour. The doctor I saw, Bridgette Francois, was so good! It was my first time getting stitches so I was scared and she was so gentle, compassionate, and personable. She was funny and enjoyable to talk to - it really helped distract me! The scar has been healing well and I even made sure to go back to have the stitches removed when Dr. Francois was working - she was just as great the second time! read more

Completely incompetent doctors and staff. Check in at 12pm was relased from care at 1225pm they want you to sit there for another hour for paperwork to be checked out as if people dont have lives. Don't go here the doctors dont care about your injury just the fact that your work pays. They'll gaslight you into thinking nothing is wrong with you even when you are in apparent pain. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife was seen Saturday night 2/21/26 into the 22nd and the experience was honestly upsetting. She was texting me during the appointment because she felt uncomfortable and dismissed the entire time. The doctor kept cutting her off while she was trying to explain what she's been dealing with and was rude throughout the visit. It was basically brushed off as her weight, which was hurtful and not helpful. She is in real pain in her hips/back and can barely sleep at night. They did X-rays, but those don't show nerve issues, and nothing showed up. That doesn't mean the pain isn't real. She needs further evaluation, possibly an MRI, not to be made to feel like she's overreacting. No patient should leave an appointment feeling scared or unheard. read more

By far worst urgent care I've ever been to in my entire life. Had a right shoulder injury and so far they have spent two months fucking around and lying about what's wrong with it. The staff are the rudest most arrogant people I've ever met, and they told my concerned husband to not speak to them because, and I quote "he's not the patient". They gave me referrals that led to nothing, had me driving well out of my way to get test results that they already had, and didn't even bother to look at them before talking to me and telling me I was fine. They scheduled several appointments for me out of the time frame that I gave them, and when I drove the 80 mile round trip every time, they told me they had no idea why I was there and why I had an appointment. They had absolutely no care for pain and spent several appointments shoving my shoulder around when I couldn't move it, and poking and prodding. They said they had prescribed medication but never actually send it to insurance or the pharmacy, and so I have been doing this for the full two months unmedicated as well. If negative stars were a thing, that's exactly what I'd be giving them. read more

Worst concentra ive been too. Ive been here many times in the past for dot physicals. Always a long wait. Sometimes up to 4-5 hrs. Way too long for a 10 min physical. The desk staff is good. They will take of what u need. But its the doctors that need help. Last time was seen by np Selenia and let me tell you worst physical experience. Did not say a word to me. Other than what was being done. Wrote me down that i had different abnormal things. Which clearly i didnt. Had me go waste my time and money at my personal doctor for literally nothing. I would consider myself a somewhat young healthy individual. The receptionist was more upfront and explained to me what i needed to do. Never going back there again. Thank you front receptionist. My daughter didn't feel well and it was about 8:30 so we decided to take her to urgent care. Not many urgent cares are open past 8 but house this one open 24hrs. So we took the drive and when we arrived it was completely dark. Went inside and there were a couple of people in the waiting area but no one to assist at the front desk. I waited and waited and waited for about 5 minutes and no one came to the front desk. I seen what might have been the Dr walk to a room but that's about it. I even seen a patient stand out side the room looking for someone the assist her. So. Save your time and just go to the Loma Linda advance urgent care if you need 24hr care. read more

I came in here with my dad a bit scared for the expected experience due to the low ratings it's had received. Though, the staff here was super kind and understanding. There was a guy at the front desk who attended my father and I who had amazing customer service, he checked in my father and helped him understand the overall process about the wait time. We expressed to him that my father was in pain and he immediately was able to attend my father and give him a room. Although we did wait quite a while for the doctor to see my father, he was super sweet and friendly and kept checking up on my father- I'm looking forward to having a great visit again if it ever comes to it. read more

Genuinely Dr. Lee is so uncaring. I stated my injury was hurting and he presses down on it and proceeds to move my wrist causing more pain. I left the facility worse then how I came in . Selenia Thomas NP is the worst healthcare provider I have ever had an experience with. Mrs. Thomas was rude, constantly interrupted me, and proceeded to quiz me on medical terms and diagnoses all because I said I was a physical therapy student. She constantly said because of her "education and experience" she did not believe my injury was serious at all. She said she was trying to make me have a "learning experience". I did not ask for a learning experience or to be quizzed, she is not my professor or a clinical instructor to me. I came to be treated for a work injury not to be quizzed on my knowledge. She is the perfect example of what kind of healthcare provider I DONT want to be in my own career. Please avoid her at all cost and ask for another healthcare provider. I went today to get stitches removed and I already went with kind set that it be 2-3 hours or more because it's urgent care. All urgent cares are busy especially if you're a walk in! Anyway, the ladies and gent at front desk were nice and professional. They did confirm it would be 2-3 hours so I waited in my car. They called me on my cell 15-20 minutes later I got a room waited around an hour but I received visits from staff apologizing for the wait and offered me water several time which not even my pcp in Rancho Cucamonga does that!! The nurse or assistant nurse came in took the stitches out then the doctor came In checked my stitch site and again apologized for the delay and sent me on my merry way!. This is the absolute best urgent care I have ever gone to!!! The location is super clean, which is always the first thing I notice anytime seeking medical care. Spotless!! Gabriela, and the gentleman next to her at the front desk, spoke to us as soon as we opened the doors! That alone - speaking and acknowledging a customer - is a lost art amongst most businesses. Celeste, the Provider, was quite pleasant, professional and respectful for the fact I was in pain. She examined my injury then told me what was going to take place next. Again, a lost art amongst physicians nowadays. Celeste had a gentleness about her. She took time with me and attended to my needs. Gabriela performed my X-ray and dressed my injury. Again, gentleness and a soft touch with Gabriela. I was provided with all the necessary medication, ice packs, hot packets....simply everything I could possibly need to take home. I have yet to ever go to an emergency room and be treated this amazing!! I am not sure why this location has received such bad reviews, but I can assure you my experience was nothing short of exceptional! This place is so unprofessional to the max very uneducated staff and will liw to youre face they caused my sister in law to loose her job due to a drug test night mirror she went into drug test and long story short after she went pee in the cup they let her walk out without signing anything a week later she gets the results and it came back as she refused to do it.. we went up there to talk to Veronica the manager and this is the lady my sister delt with when she did the test and was concerned cause her pee was light so they spoke.. when we went into talk to her she straight lied to my sisters face every single person who went in the back to test came out with a paper like there sopose to besides my sister then found out her pee was emptied. And if there is a formal complaint with the insurances and better business bureau it's a big thing so maybe she needs a customer service class. Most of us are injured and just want guidance or help. This place is located in a very small plaza off Orange Show Rd. There's very limited parking in the plaza and we ended up parking on the street. Inside looks like an older facility. Chairs are spaced appropriately for social distancing in the lobby, but it's the same shared lobby for the physical therapy so this place filled up pretty fast. We came here because my son had some metal scraps from metal shop that ended up going through his socks onto his skin. I had recently changed my insurance companies and found this location with the help of the customer care support from the insurance company. I knew the wait would be long compared going to the Hospital ER, but when we checked in, I was told that there is a three hour wait. Then I overheard that there is only one doctor on duty. I asked someone beside me how long there were waiting, and they replied four hours. We decided to leave.
