Concentra - Front of business - Urgent Care Near Me - Ontario, California

This place is a joke. No one seems to know what they're doing around here, my mom comes up here for treatment and it seems like things change or they're unaware, my mom has had an injury and she's a senior citizen. Today she had physical therapy and they have no record of the extension. They are making her find her paperwork and straighten it out herself but they can't call the other Concentra center to straighten it out. That's their job, not my mom's job to do. The staff just doesn't seem to be with it. Whoever Brenda is that my mom has been dealing with is flat out incompetent, my mom shouldn't even have to be dealing with this and being exasperated from. I don't know what's going on here or what games they could be playing but this seems like harassment especially to a senior citizen. They seem to never follow through on what they say or promises they make either. My mom has to report to her job if she's there if she's not at her appointments she won't get paid. There was a mixup on their end and the supervisor Mario vowed to call to straighten it out, he never did and now my mom has to do the whole back and forth thing with them and her job, because these people don't seem like they want to their jobs or maybe they have something personal against my mom since she's had to keep going back and forth with them over other things relating to her case. In either way I wish they would do better or hire staff that are competent. It now turns out the approval paperwork was faxed to them by the insurance company, but this office claims they don't have it. My mom confirmed the document was sent and authorization sent for physical therapy treatment so why does this office claim they don't have it. I don't understand I really feel they are harassing her at this point and she's really upset that she isn't receiving the updated treatment that she is supposed to get for her injury. Who's running this office? Someone really needs to audit this staff here According to my mom, The insurance adjusters are even asking if she's being seen by this office. The insurance adjusters sent a second authorization to this office on a different occasion, and this office claims they don't have it. And my mom still hasn't gotten the updated care and treatment that was authorized by the insurance company. If they are refusing my mom care then this is a bigger problem that is going to have to be addressed. read more

The logistics of this operation are absolutely dogshit. Be ready to wait 2hrs with an appointment on a good day. No bedside manners and very rushed visits when the doctor finally sees you. If you have the option, do yourself a massive favor and avoid ALL concentras I wish I could give less than one star. read more

Organized I showed up when they opened before eight and I was not even done until almost 1030. It takes them so long just to process a drug screen and a physical and with all the employees that they have working, you would think they would be a little bit more organized, and dialed. Plan to be here for a long while if you have an appointment and take a day off because you're gonna need some time to be processed. read more

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a so called Doctors office. I have no choice though. It is where my employer chooses to use for Workers Comp. My first day here after our accident I had x-rays done and the guy taking the x-ray told me I needed to take my bra off because of the metal in the snaps. Didn't offer a gown. He walked out. I proceed to take my bra off under my undershirt and he walks right in. No knock, just barges right in. I look at him and said "You said to take off my bra" He walked out again. Arrived at 8:55am for them to inform me that they couldn't see me until 9:30 so I wait I. The car. I come in at 9:25 n step out at 9:40 to take a phone call and walk back in at 10:10 for the guy receptionist to tell me you can't be seen until you complete the form online and the other girl had said oh I see you completed but he was insisting that No. okay well send the link so I can complete it n he takes his time so here I am 10:40 and still waiting because they have no clue what they are doing. read more

This has got to be one of the slowest urgent care centers I've been to... ever. I haven't been on Yelp in awhile, but this place needs to be reviewed ASAP. And the gag is I'm here waiting for a simple urine test for over 30 minutes-- keep in mind I came here 10 minutes after they "opened." Like literally all I have to do is urinate in a specimen cup! It shouldn't be taking this long-- even with filling out the paperwork. So let's pretend they're "busy," the customer service is still awfully terrible. I mean... c'mon. Walking into the facility, there was no greeting whatsoever. I had no idea where to go or what to do. But of course with my gut instinct, I had to go to the front desk and sign in. The workers (not nurses) here are EXTREMELY PAINFULLY slow at their job. It seems like maybe this facility is too big cause I see them walking around a lot. Like back and fourth. A lot. However, I will give a star for the lobby. It somewhat looks clean; however, from where I'm sitting, I could hear everything going on in the front desk. Will I be coming back? Probably not. They really need help with their work flow to keep their patients/customers happy. Anyways, I see some more walking from those workers. Terrible, unprofessional and unorganized. I came here because the National Marrow Donor Program sent me here for basic physical and blood work before I donate my bone marrow to a patient that is in need. My appointment was at 11 and at 12 they tell me they aren't comfortable doing the physical because they don't have the expertise... WHY NOT SAY THAT TO THE COMPANY WHEN THEY SCHEDULED THE PHYSICAL AND SENT KITS AND SUPPLIES TO THEM A WEEK AGO?? They are messing with people's lives because they can't get it together. So I ask for the kits they were sent so I can go to another place because the poor patient is waiting for this life saving procedure that needs to take place next week...it's BEEN 30 MINUTES AND THEY CANT FIND IT. This is the one of the worst medical office i've visited! First time here waited close to 3 hours to be seen. I signed in and the front desk nurse never even looked at the sign in sheet for a good 30 mins, only until I asked about how long the wait will be. That's when the receptionist actually checked me in. Second time here waited another almost 3 hours. I have appointments both times!! Dr Heidari is very nice and professional, however the wait is unbearable. I came in at 12pm and didn't get out until almost 3pm!! I had to keep rushing the nurse because I have to go pick up my child from school before 3pm. They are definitely overbooked and does not have the capacity to handle the amount of patients they have. Workers walking around looking like they are "working" heck they even stop to talk about where to eat on lunch with 15 people still waiting to be seen for urine test or appointments they have. I had waited for almost 40 mins!! For a simple urine test... this place sucks. They don't even let you know the status either about what's happening or if you are next. Don't come here. read more

Very rude. I walked in waited for 5 min before they even acknowledged me and there was only one other person in the waiting room. They told me they can't help me with what I needed and that I need to go to my primary physician. She said "I can ask but I don't think we do that here" so she basically turned me away before even finding out if they could do something for me or not. read more

Excellent physical therapy clinic . The therapists are awesome . Very helpful and friendly . The receptionist is super cool and very friendly . I couldn't be happier with my results after physical therapy . My pain is pretty much gone . Each time I left after therapy I felt a lot better in so many ways . I highly recommend this place . Both for the urgent care and especially for the physical therapy . read more

So this probably was the worst urgent care I've ever visited. The wait is forever- forever- forever here. Staff are extremely SLOW and take forever to process the flow of patients. The facility is semi-clean. Wait area is sparse and plenty of rooms. read more

Stacey V, Mario, and Lando were all great and they really try to get you in and out as soon as possible. They know everyone is busy and really go to great lengths to accommodate you. Perfect place to go for lab work for DOT or TSA. Highly recommend them. read more

This place is something else they change doctors often then idk how many times I have to tell my incident to each one of them. Is frustrating. Also customer service is very upsetting, front desk negative environment not helpful always mad when I ask questions. However i will recommend you all to ask for Mario's assistants. Im thankful he was able to help me through this horrible painful time. read more

If I could give one no star I would , this urgent care is the worst no help what's so ever , the nurses are rude especially that older lady with no hair on her head she's the worst . Don't come here for a DOT physical exam. Doctor is ridiculous. Never had issues until I came here . All he cares about is making money. Avoid this Ontario location if you can. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL from the front staff and office manager. read more
