The enchiladas are hand-rolled in a special curated money-green sauce. They have great chicken wings and you can get fries with that. They are super. Their enchiladas are just great. If you don't like seafood, have it made without any. You will love this place. It is not your average taco truck.

I tried the Dulanville truck for the first time when they were at Three Weaver's Brewery. I had the fish sandwich, fries, collard greens, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. The fish sandwich was spicy, fresh, and delicious, and the portion size was very generous. The sides were tasty, and the desserts worth ordering. I really enjoyed the banana pudding, which had nice slices of fresh banana and was topped with a Pepperidge Farm chessman cookie. The peach cobbler was really good, too. Service was friendly - just like it was at the brick and mortar space. And the wait time was short. We didn't even eat the cookies because I didn't see gloves on at any point of the process. The reason for the 0/5 stars is the service ordering was odd, no one greeted me, the lights were off when I ordered for a good while. The cookies took way longer when they could be pre-made to quicken the customer experience. More visibility of the windows to see the actual process of all the food would help customers feel rest assured basic food safety and prevention of cross contamination.
