I told them I was looking to upgrade my phone and my wife's phone to new I-PHONEs. RadioShack had them in stock in the color we wanted and quickly began the paperwork and the activation process. While I waited for the phones to get activated I asked about cases and another sales associate escorted me over to the cases and screen protectors. They had the color cases we wanted and brand in stock, I also bought two screen protectors. I was told that if I bought the screen protectors they would kindly install them for free for both of the phones! :) The phones were activated and the staff helped me get my phone registered and setup with the Apple I-Cloud system. What a treat that the staff worked hand in hand for both phones and I felt like a VIP all the way through the phone upgrading process. This is a wonderful place with great deals and excellent customer service that I recommend to all my friends and family.

This company is a musical instrument back line and company and when I tell you they are first in line for when I need back lining, they have really saved the day for me and my musical team. If you have any event coming up and you need a special instrument or back lining need it, take a moment and call these guys. It's a huge chance that they have what you need as they stock all sorts of Instruments and audio equipment. They even have furniture that you can order to set your stage. Again, I'm sure they have just about anything you need and if they don't I'm sure they'll buy it just for your event. The staff that work there are amazing. We ended up working with Dan and he was so accommodating to our needs. We ordered a Nord Organ and had it delivered by Josh. If you had an issue with anything they went out of their way to help with things. I am not sure what their employee turn over is, but I am beginning to believe it is high. Now when you call you have the manager yelling at you on the phone, claiming he is sick.. and females answering the phone and before even saying hello, screaming at another employee that she is on the phone. Sorry Customer Service at this location has gone so far downhill that I am to the point of just returning what we have and going to someone else. Of course you pay for what you get, but you work with the public you should have at least some bit of proper customer service and not scream at your customers.

First, I tried to browse the music section, and I was helped by a young man who could only me a few method books and no other music for my instrument. Moving on, I inquired about their flute selection because I'm an (older) amateur musician who is in the market for a 2nd instrument. They looked around the sales floor and told me they knew they had a flute around somewhere but couldn't find it. Strange. Then the saleswoman went to the backroom and didn't return. Was that their way of saying they didn't want to assist me? I purchased a small accessory item (a little overpriced, but I support mom & pop stores and am not surprised), and the young man who rang me up suddenly started looking down at something on his counter while keeping my item. I had to ask for him to give me the accessory that I bought! Lots of guitar stuff here, but definitely not a place for any meaningful woodwind supplies or even a student woodwind instrument.
