The install for Viasat was going fairly well until we noticed after the guy left that the installer cut our line in for the internet service we had before and still used. We wanted to keep that service as back up in case the Viasat was not to our liking. Well in fact in less than 12 hours we knew Viasat was not for us. That has nothing to do with the install crew though. The cutting of our line in had something to do with them. I contacted the manager and he did not give a flying "F" and said it was an "oh well" kind of deal. It cost us over $100.00 to have a technician come out and run a new line that the Comtek guy cut. He had no permission to cut our line...our property...not his. Stay far away from this company. Their management wont care what the technician does to your private property. read more

I had them come out to align my satellite dish. They arrived on time and did a great job aligning the dish.
