I brought in three items (a scarf, a sweatshirt, and a pair of pajamas) to be embroidered for my honeymoon. I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to.

Due to a broken washing machine, I brought in a very large drop-off load. I carefully sorted the items, labeled the bags, and provided clear instructions for my delicate clothing. Unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed: * Garment Damage: Delicate items appear to have been laundered and dried on standard high-heat settings. This caused noticeable shrinkage across most of my clothes, including specialized medical-grade compression garments that are now ruined and no longer usable. * Chemical Residue: Synthetic and spandex items were processed with heavy fragranced products that weren't thoroughly rinsed out. Spandex easily holds onto these chemicals, leaving a strong residue that unfortunately triggered a skin reaction on my end. * Misplaced Bags: When I picked up the original order, a significant portion was missing. A week later, after calling to check on a specific item, I was given five additional bags of clothing that had been set aside and forgotten. * Lack of Follow-Up: I reached out to discuss these issues and was told a manager would call me back, but I haven't received a follow-up. While the team on site is very kind, the lack of attention to basic fabric care ended up costing me a massive headache and around $1,000 in damaged clothing. One of my cotton dresses had a 'special attention' tag on it to indicate they couldn't get a stain out. I could not see any stain but what I did see was an imprint of about a third of an iron!!!!! That's such a basic mistake, and it's not as if it was a delicate material either. Do not use this dry cleaners if you value your clothes. If I could have given negative stars I would have, and it's such a shame as they used to be exceptional.
