They came back few days later with all their equipment. It took them almost 4.5hrs to complete the job. They were very good at explaining everything they did. They told me they could come the next day and be done before the day was over. There was nothing more to say. So, I took a chance and they worked well and arrived on time, did a good job, cleared up the problem, were clean in their work and clean up and were confident. For example, they installed a free-standing tub backwards with the drain exposed to the room, installed a sink that was smashed on one side close to a wall (apparently hoping we would not notice the damaged they caused), and forgot to include parts on three Duravit in-wall toilets that have caused constant leaks. I'm sure there are more plumbing problems in our house that haven't been revealed yet. Our GC (who was awesome) fired them in the middle of the job and replaced them with StraightEdge Plumbing. The StraightEdge team is everything CZ is not - professional, reliable, and knowledgeable.
