I called around dealing with Amazon, Hub shipping and several other intermediate "Heavy and Bulk" shippers all to no avail. I had ordered a Kayak from Amazon that shipped out of Seattle, Washington. The shipment went thru so many shipping companies that I reached a dead end. The last place I dealt with was in Neenah, Wisconsin ... even though Amazon Tracking showed it was in Neenah, the agents I talked with could not locate it in their own warehouses and were no further help!! Then by pure luck on my part, I connected with Lee by phone. He listened to all the tracking problems/issues I was having. He said he would make some calls and get back to me. They kept it for a couple of weeks before telling her they could not fix it, and then still charged an "estimate" even though they did not provide her an estimate for anything because they said it couldn't be fixed. I wouldn't be upset they couldn't fix it, but how can they charge for a service they did not provide? A family friend got the lawn mower running by changing the oil....so I'm not sure what they even did to inspect the lawn mower, but, it seems as though they didn't even cover the basics before deciding it "couldn't be fixed". I would not recommend to anyone and we will not be back.
