Masks worn below their nose and one gentleman actually took his mask off for a good 5 minutes while talking up close to his students, yeah students. Instead of helping me, he pressured me for my credit card info and tried to upsell and upcharge me for his own gain. I was told I'd receive a refund, but my bank confirmed I was charged again instead. To make matters worse, my bank also stated the CVV number is not required for refunds, which makes his behavior feel dishonest and scam-like. This broke all trust. If you consider this school, get everything in writing and be very cautious with your financial information!

I have been coming here for nearly a year after someone who was very kind to me suggested that it…read morewould help with my depression and anxiety. I had never received treatment using alternative medicine before but I decided to keep an open mind and an open heart. At the time when I had started treatment I was on a very strong anti-psychotic. It was such a relief to find a clinic where I felt completely heard and understood. After a few weeks of relief from the treatment I finally had the courage to let my psych know that I no longer wanted to be on the meds. It has been going well for me since then. I've read a few books on Traditional Chinese medicine and it has been a great learning experience. Bring shorts to change into. Make enough time in your day to dedicate the time to heal.
