History

Established in 2009.

I established this business to help out the community with computers and the vast unknown of the internet. The idea sparked when I heard someone had to take there computer to a local repair shop, 45 mins away, and had to pay $75 just for the company to look at the computer and then had to pay hourly on top of that. I was sure there was a better way. Through out the years I have been informed I would do better if I increased my prices but every time I get informed of this I always say that is not my goal, I want to be more for the community and the customer then to get rich off this. I try to give back to my customers because I feel I would be nowhere without them.

While learning computer repair throughout college my class was entered into a test of approx. 8000 people around the world. I was ranked 1st in Pennsylvania and 4th in the world for my knowledge in Computer Repair. I am family oriented and believe in giving everyone the respect that I would want in return.
