Found the purchase process a bit annoying as I just wanted to get in and get out, but they had me sit with a sales person, I had to give them all my personal information and about 10 minutes later, we were finally finished. If you're in the market for a new laptop, they have a large selectionbut more than that I unfortunately can't be sure of.

My dad's laptop would crash randomly. I came here for to repair it for him. They charged me 400 eur…read moreto change the motherboard. Didn't solve the problem. I came back and they said must be software issue, charged me 30 eur to reinstall the OS. Didnt solve the problem. I came back they said maybe it's the battery they can fix it for 200 eur. I said no thanks you failed to fix it the first two times give me my money back please. They said no we can't know whether you caused the problem again between the repairs cause you waited too long to come back (I was travelling a lot). These guys obviously have no quality control on their "repairs" and very poor customer service. I would give them less than 1 star if I could since they didn't improve the situation at all and took hundreds of euros for it.
