Was called a "D**khead". Absolutely terrible service…read more I was having a problem with the DC port in my laptop, which had disconnected on the inside. I found 19 Computing on Google and felt reassured by the reviews. However, when I originally went to drop off the laptop, I asked how long it would take to repair and I was told 3 working days. After 3 working days, I give them a call to see if it had been done, and they told me that they hadn't started it and were going to take 2 more days to look at it. After the two days passed, I was called and told they would need to order in a the piece for my laptop and that it would take a week to get. I was originally told it would take 3 days, which turned into 2 weeks. Then when I finally picked up my laptop, I went to plug it in at home and I'd noticed there was a problem with my laptop which I never had. The battery no longer received charge and unplugging the charger, would cause it to turn off. I went back to the store and explained the issue and the worker told me that it was essentially my problem and that they had nothing to do with it. I find it a little strange that my battery stopped working after I gave it to them, when it was working fine and receiving charge beforehand. It took 6 visits to sort out my issue and as I left the store for the final time, the man working headed upstairs and then preceded to yell the word "D**khead"

Loads of stock. Great choices. Although all tills open the queues were massive and you needed to be really patient. Lots of noisy kids around - choose your time of shopping carefully - probably first thing in morning when clothes still on shelves is best!
