After dropping my computer off last week and attended a luncheon I told the audience about my issue and where I dropped off my computer. After he " diagnose' the TV that somebody else has to come out and fix it, which is going to be another month. I've spent over $10,000 at Best Buy in the last five years and it's the last time I will ever buy anything from Best Buy again. I'm going to be cutting up my Best Buy credit card.

When we mentioned our concern for the NVR, he said don't worry about it. It has a two-year warranty. They installed three cameras we had purchased for and paid for for. We ask them about the fourth camera and we ran the wire for it and they did install it but they installed a different camera than the ones we had purchased. When we asked about that and said we'd like to have one that match the others he said they can't get them anymore. We asked for a refund them for the fourth camera and then the next day they had a camera to match the others. On a couple occasions when they came to adjust cameras, they came without ladders or tools to do the work. We supplied tools and ladders on several occasions. We had a two-year warranty, but he has stopped returning our calls so we've had to hire another company to get us working.
