The people at the John's Creek location are always mad and irritated. Yesterday we went to the John's Creek location because Lawrenceville was booked up. The lady that called us back was very happy and friendly. Then Maranda came in and she was mad as a wet hen. She was very short with me and rude with me and my wife. She was not interested in hearing anything i had to say. My wife and I almost got up and left but I wanted to see Dr Bui. There is also a young nurse that works at both locations that has short red hair who always has a HORRIBLE attitude! She never smiles or talks to you. I asked one of the nurses at Lawrenceville about her and she knew exactly who she was. There is a horrible attitude problem at the Johns Creek location. Dr Bui seems like a nice doctor but the Johns Creek staff almost makes me want to go somewhere else. Ortho Atlanta has great doctors but a horrible staff, especially at the John's Creek location especially Maranda. Please fix your problems before you lose 2 patients which includes my wife who Dr Vekaria who just replaced both of her knees.

After tearing both hamstrings, I thought once that healed, I'd be back in the game, but for some reason, my left side is giving me serious issues and I still can't run. So I heard these guys are experts, so I decided to give them a try. I was seen first by the fellow (out of medical school and doing their Fellowship year in training) then followed by Dr. Jayanthi. I will say they spent quite a bit of time with me, but unfortunately that did not yield any solid answers. He suggested I may have an atypical presentation of compartment syndrome, and said there's a test for that, but he wasn't sure the amount, and honestly after spending as much as I have, I don't want to go through a test that isn't likely to yield findings. I felt he was somewhat grasping at what it could be, and all he was able to tell me is it's an exertional problem. Well, I already knew that. I have symmetrical strength and function on both sides until I try to run. I even walk evenly. That's what is so frustrating. He did do an ultrasound to look for masses/cysts and found nothing. So all in all, with two physicians evaluating, they could't come up with a diagnosis but said PT at this point is futile since they don't know what to fix yet. He said they were going to contact me about the next test, but no one has, and I am not sure I'm going to even do it anyway. It's back to the drawing board for me.

Pitiful Care & Lies - What Did I Do to Deserve This?…read more I just have to say--the care I received at your office was absolutely pitiful. And let's be real, it had everything to do with discrimination. Whether it was my ankle monitor, my insurance status, or something else--y'all made a conscious decision to treat me like I was less than. Let's talk about Mr. Deep for a second. I asked him point-blank: "Do you think this has anything to do with a Baker's cyst? I've had them 3-4 times before, but it never spread into my calf." He looked me in the face and said, "No." Guess what? It was a Baker's cyst. So, either he didn't know what he was talking about, or he just didn't care. Meanwhile, I was in excruciating pain and just needed something--whether it was the meloxicam (which wasn't available until Monday morning) or ANYTHING to get some relief. Instead, I had to go to another doctor, who actually helped me by prescribing prednisone, which finally gave me some relief. And let's talk about the lies. Y'all told me Dr. Potts doesn't do knee replacements. If that's true, fix his online info because that's false advertising. You told me you called in my meloxicam, but guess what? You waited THREE DAYS to do it. Why? Now, you're trying to get rid of me after I've been seeing Dr. Potts for 2.5 years? What did I do to deserve this? I've had conversations with him about growing up around Jimmy Andrews, about vacationing and duck hunting with them. And now y'all want to treat me like I don't matter? And another thing--Mr. Deep had the nerve to pull up my X-rays and tell me my knee isn't quite "bone on bone," so I shouldn't be in this much pain. Excuse me?? He straight-up said their patients either just deal with the pain or get surgery. What kind of nonsense is that? Let me be very clear: I wasn't looking for pain meds. I don't even take them. I was in agony and could barely walk for a week. I saw y'all once, then my girlfriend insisted I get help, and THIS is what I got? At the very least, y'all could have had my meloxicam ready the same day when I spoke to the lady on Friday. But you couldn't even do that. This whole experience was shameful. Moye Colquitt

They worked! And fast! The state of the art technology used, and CARE-ful aid of the doctors, had her dancing again within the week. My husband, also, has had back issues and been to several chiropractors over the years. However, Synergy is not just your typical chiropractor. The doctors take their time to figure out the source of the problem instead of just temporarily relieving the symptoms. The office staff is gracious and kind and you can tell that the doctors genuinely care. I only wish they were not considered out of network for most insurance companies. Even still, Synergy Release Sports has my highest recommendation.

I've heard great things about this place, but am somewhat torn in my review. And again, maybe my expectations were to basically be better by now. Who I am kidding? That's what I definitely expected after shelling out over $600 in services here in a matter of 3 weeks, and the fact that the first chiropractor I saw said I would be training in no time. This place is definitely efficient. I felt like I was one in an assembly line. I felt rushed every time I was there. Staff was friendly though. On my most recent adjustment, I saw a different chiropractor than the first one, and he said that high hamstring injuries take longer to heal, and I should not expect to be running fully in another two to four weeks. Well, dismayed as I was to hear this, I felt the first chiropractor should have been real with me. He told me to start training again, and I couldn't even fully run yet. I am glad I held off on speedwork, because that definitely could have set me way back. So I'm disappointed and somewhat frustrated. The office is super nice, and offers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and small waters. I guess with the probable cost each patient generates, I can see why.
