I wish I would have known this up front. Management please let clients know this. The therapist next to us along with the client went out of their way to Keep on talking and not keeping it short and to the minimum. Also the client before kept saying " ohhh ohh my god " lol really couldn't fall asleep or relax. They really need to tell first time clients this up front and or provide ear plugs. Now the massage therapist Payton is a 5 star experience! She is top notch and gave a great massage. It's not her fault all the noise was quite bothering so if I could rate her alone that would be five stars all day. Her attention to detail and technique is top notch! I was very happy with her massage and will book again. I'll simply ask for private room or bring my AirPods. All that noise was simply out of line and truly disrupting and distracting and let me also add annoying. I had to give them a five. Payton is great. Just bring ear plugs.
