Don't let the reviews sway you-- I had a great experience here. I was able to schedule my appointment online, which was super easy. I got the works pedicure, and Jessica took her time and I truly felt pampered. I actually like that there are no tubs with jets because I've read so many horror stories about the germs in those things. My feet are so smooth and I love the color I chose. The soak, scrub and mask smelled amazing and felt so good. Jessica even gave me 10% off since I was a first-time visitor! I would recommend. read more

My favorite nail salon! Completely polished is the only salon I go to for my nails. Jessica is amazing! sparkling clean salon.

I love being able to schedule online. I have been coming here for years and all of the employees are wonderful. I have had a few instances of small imperfections on my nails or cuticles bleeding, but overall the good dramatically outweighs the bad. Pricing is also very fair. Both pictures are of gel manicures. read more

Went in for a service was just told they don't have time. Wasn't offered to schedule or come back or wait. Kind of off putting. Won't be back. read more

This place was nicely decorated, but they had almost no color selection and the worst part was the job they did. They did not even remove all of my previous nail polish, my nails were left jagged and crooked, and that is after I asked for them to be fixed twice! In addition, neither my nails nor my sister's were painted well. The paint is layered unevenly, the top coat left visible strokes, and it just looks like crap-you can see the nail itself through the polish because it's so thin in spots. To be clear, my sister and I had two different technicians so this is obviously the standard of quality that is normal for this salon. Finally, the last offense was that for one basic mani pedi and one pedi only we were charged $106! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Completely Polished! I went for the Deep Moisture Manicure and Pedicure, which definitely made my hands and feet feel super soft. In addition to all the normal stuff that goes along with manis and pedis (buffing, filing, polishing, etc) a moisturizing mask was applied to my hands and feet. They stayed soft for days! The salon is clean and bright, and they use different tools on each client. They really take their time with each client as well -- I was there for almost 2 hours and the attention to detail was painstaking. I would definitely recommend this nail salon AND go back -- and I live over 20 miles away! read more

Tried this place, liked it, tried another place that had higher ratings on Yelp, but I am back at Completely Polished. Although the decor is plain (comparatively, we are in Cranberry), it is very clean and the services are wonderful. I always get a quality pedicure that lasts for weeks, and the products they use are amazing. My husband doesn't ever notice anything about me (we've been married for thirty years) but even he commented on how soft my feet are after coming here regularly. There was only one visit where I walked away not satisfied, I emailed the manager/owner and she quickly corrected the situation (I wasn't pleased with a trainee's work). Everyone can have an off day, so I was happy with how quickly and completely it was addressed. read more

I got the cutest "Rockstar Gel Manicure" here. Cathy did my nails and she was very pleasant and sweet, and she did a great job! No bare spots, great nail shape, and they had a bunch of glitter color choices! Ignore the bad reviews, this place is great, sanitary and super cute inside! I also got a free nail file because they don't reuse them for appointments :) definitely check it out! read more

Less than impressed. I got a polish change on my toes and a gel manicure, and it took over 2 hours -- my cuticles look awful and my polish is uneven. I won't be back. read more

Well I was worried about about going to this place due to the ratings on yelp. I can say I had a wonderful experience. The place was neat, clean, and sanitary, and my nails were done to perfection. I had Ray, she really payed attention to the details and gave me a great gel manicure and pedicure!! Thanks Ray! read more

My husband called and asked for a manager to purchase a gift certificate and the woman that answered the phone hung up on him. I will never patronize this salon. That was very rude not to even ask what he wanted. read more

The first time I went they did a great job. Second time was an entirely different experience. The gel polish looked horribly done and when I went back to have them re do it, no one apologized or said anything to me. Most everyone there is miserable and they only made excuses as to why the polish looked bad instead of owning up to it. After I got them redone, I came home and one nail chipped already and there was a large clear bump on two of my toes. I will never go back there. read more

Wonderful experience, friendly, extremely clean, glass of wine is awesome! Would highly recommend

Went here with a friend for a pedicure for a girl's afternoon. While everyone was very nice, the "receptionist" was very confusing and soft spoken, so it was difficult to understand what she was saying. When we were paying, she flat out asked us if we were tipping our tech, of course we were, but then she wanted to know how much and she said she would put it in their "envelope" without explaining what this meant. We ended up asking her and she explained at the end of the day, they would get the tips together. Not that anyone would try to steal from someone, but I just didn't like this idea especially after I had seen other customers hand tips to techs. I went over to my tech and told her I had put a tip in her envelope because I wanted her to know she earned it. Regarding the actual pedicure, my tech didn't check the corners of my toes for ingrown (I've never gone to a salon where someone didn't do this) and I just feel like she didn't spend a lot of time eliminating the cuticles and dry skin. The pedicure was done on a Friday and as early as Saturday, you could see dry skin and cuticles reappear. I get regular pedicures (monthly) so I know how my feet should look for weeks after. My polish on my big toes also isn't up to the sides of my nail or the bed of the nail. Additionally, my friend's pedicure chipped on day 2 and she has a huge flaw on her big toe. I also expressed I was a first time customer and they didn't remember to apply the 10% discount offered on their website. I even asked if I needed the coupon and they said no. There are also no massage chairs or jet tubs for your feet. This salon isn't worth the $40 basic pedicure (my friend paid $53 for a callus treatment!) and we won't be back. Just because they're in an upscale neighborhood doesn't mean we want to waste money on less than mediocre work. read more

Beware! This is a bare bones nail salon with substandard service yet high prices. I came in yesterday for an upgraded pedicure - the callous removal pedicure for $50. A standard pedicure is $40. I was surprised by the limited color selection which had no Essie, lots of Zoya colors and a few OPI. There were no whirlpool tubs, only a tub of water. There was no massage chair only a bench with a small lumbar pillow. I was uncomfortable, and I never felt pampered at any step of the pedicure. Even when it came time to place my feet in a plastic bootie (for moisturization), my attendant wrapped my feet in Saran Wrap. It was what I have in my kitchen. As for the callous removal, the shaving was so vigorously done that my heel hurt the first time I stood up. Later I saw that my heel had been so severely scraped that I could see blood where my cracked heel was. It hurt while she scraped it, and I had no idea the heel was close to bleeding. This has never happened to me before. And it is totally unacceptable. I was in pain all night and today - which is almost 30 hours later. My polish is okay, but it doesn't come close to the bottom of my nail bed. This is a salon with little in the way of pampering. I will never waste my money here again. read more

I love coming here for manicure and pedicures! There are a ton of polish colors to choose from, and my nails last for weeks! The girls who work here are friendly and I am always greeted when I arrive. I can tell that cleanliness is a priority, which is a huge plus. It's also SO convenient to be able to book appointments online! read more

Worst manicure I've ever had! The girl that did them filed the sides of my nails so far they are all cracking and breaking!!! Also the nail polish job was so thin you could see through it with visible layer changes...... Way over priced for a mediocre service.... read more

I was very happy with my pedi. I had tried 3 other places in my area, and finally found this place and I am very satisfied. The place is very clean, and they are prompted with appointments. Kathy was great. read more

The nail tech was very kind but the gel nails all fell off in one week! I went on vacation immediately following the service and had to keep getting them repaired or replaced while on vacation. When I returned to salon after my week long vacation, I was told there was nothing they could do to replace my 50 dollar service. She said I should have showed them within three days. I explained I was on vacation and she said it didn't matter. I said what was I to do take a picture of my hand and text it to her? Ridiculous. I even still had my receipt! She said she would give me 25% of my next service. Whoop.T.Do...there won't be a next service. Don't waste your money at this place! read more

Nothing to write home about. Stark environment, not fancy with services, bench style set up on both sides, prices should be less for what you get. Plenty of other better places to go in the area for the price and you'd get more pampering. read more

I just called the so called owner and manager. She told me she needed my credit card information PRIOR to my appointment due to my no show rate. I have NEVER no showed on any appointments. Instead of trying to fix the situation, the manager said she would have to look into it by speaking to her employees and do research then she would let me know if I need to put a deposit down. She stated I have two accounts, which was MY fault, and she said if she finds out I no showed, she would have to charge my credit card for half of the bill. I refuse to give my credit information over the phone, not happening. I told her I was not coming back and she didn't care at all. Warning, don't go here!!! Save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else who cares for their customers. read more

I've been going to Completely Polished for over a year. The girls are all fantastic and the place is always super clean. My complaint is that they do not update their gel polish selection. It's pretty much been the same colors since I started going there. I like to get nail art also and they do not have an adequate supply of nail art tools (jewels, nail art pens, decals, etc..) The girls use their own tools and supplies when it comes to doing most of the nail art and even then it is very limited. If you want to keep your regular clients happy, you need to keep your products updated. Lastly, the prices are getting ridiculous. I hear that prices are even going up more! A gel mani at Polished in Zelienople is $29 and they have a huge color selection and that price includes nail art! You can't expect to keep clients by charging more and having bare bones polishes and supplies. I adore the staff but am strongly considering switching salons. read more
