The person that found the hole in the attic also discovered a main rafter was not nailed in solidly. A day after I accepted the quote Oscar and Christopher came out to fix the hole and the rafter. They explained exactly what the process was and they were done with everything within 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up and no one would be able to tell there had been a contractor there. If I need roof work done again I will go to Carp's and I will specifically ask for Oscar, he was fantastic. This is my 3rd experience with Carp's and I have been very satisfied with each interaction.
