I would not recommend this company. They installed several glass pieces throughout my home, and one…read morepane became discolored. Initially, I was told it would be covered under warranty. Then I was told I would have to pay out of pocket, followed by another explanation that it would be partially covered (materials only, not labor), and finally that it wasn't covered at all. The lack of clear communication and constantly changing information was frustrating. I was also told I would receive a follow-up call, which never happened. What should have been a simple glass replacement turned into a waste of time. I ultimately found a local company that completed the work for about half the cost and was much easier to work with. They were also far more professional and friendly compared to the technician who came out, who seemed uninterested and was not particularly courteous.

We accepted after my husband asked a few questions. They took the measurements that day. We gave 50% deposit check. Fast forward to about a month later. The glass had arrived in their shop, we scheduled an install date. Jesse and Dee arrived to do the work. Efficient, friendly the door looks wonderful. An enormous improvement from the temporary doggy door we had. (Freezing last winter) This new door is being enjoyed by all of our large dogs. No cold air. We can finally close the sliding glass door again. Two thumbs up gentlemen. Thank you. Our cost was $1500 (And a quote of $5000 for French Doors) if you want to go fancy.

On this day Feb 28, 2024 the associate under Mike is extremely unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and honestly a piece of sh*t. And Mike isnt any better as he wouldn't even leave his office after asking for him. I do not understand how a company is in business with this horrible of a staff. If this is a franchise I would have the Colorado Springs location looked into and fire all staff. It is completely unacceptable how they run that business and I will do my best to ensure no one else uses them. Maybe you should drop your prices since you're so worried about people taking your measurements elsewhere.

Kent Glass was a subcontractor for a shower door that was placed in my home. The owner came out…read moreand measured the glass. I specifically said I wanted a frameless shower and even showed the owner of the company a frameless shower in another area of my home to clarify that this is the look I wanted. When the door was delivered it was not completely frameless. Since the workmen had already drilled holes in my tile I chose to live with the shower door as I thought removing tiles already installed would be like opening Pandora's box. The door fits the space, but is very dark and certainly not the look I wanted. Kent Glass told my contractor that they would NOT stand behind their mistake and would not discount the price to accomodate me. This company does not seem to care about their customers!

About 4 days before the install was to take place, we were told that if we wanted bullnose, we would have a two week delay for the material. At that point, we had no choice, so went with the squared edge. When they cut the hole for the sink using the template, it was cut so close to the front edge that they were into the 1.5 inch thick lip. Sink clips aren't long enough to catch. I had to modify the underside front edge of the counter to make it work. They were supposed to round the corners on the island countertop, which they did at the back. Not on the front. Every time I catch the corner with my hip, I send kind thoughts to DMS. I will probably rip this garbage out for our next tenant and have it replaced. It won't be DMS.

They TOTALLY got it wrong on the kitchen counter set up. Why couldn't they just follow the existing counters??? The 2nd time was our current spec house we're building. Two of the showers are oversized and tall. Unlike City Glass, who did the shower glass installs for the last house ;same model), they did not measure for the custom size. When the shower doors were delivered and installed, those two looked totally ridiculous. The glass should have been taller. AND, this was the only company to charge us a fee for an estimate ($50).
