It was hanging over our neighbor's house, caught precariously on a branch of another tree. If that branch broke our neighbor's house would be severely damaged. Being early Saturday morning, I was in a panic on who to call. We had used Climbing High Tree Service last year. They had done great work, so they were my first call. I may have woken the owner up. But he assured me that he would get a crew together and come right out. They were out quickly. Stabilized the tree and then got to work cutting that tree and a neighboring one down. Even with it being an emergency call out, their charges were very reasonable! Like last year, they were quick, professional and extremely courteous! I cannot recommend Climbing High Tree Service enough!!! We will definitely use them again!

My neighbor and I had them remove a very old and HUGE Oak, a HUGE Pine that was close to our house, a Maple and they also trimmed 3 other large trees that were all on both our property lines and needed removed due to the damage they were making. The crew showed up and used both their bucket truck as well as climbed them to cut and trim as well. They did a FANTASTIC job from the start to completion you'd never known they had been here once they finished as they cleaned up every twig and even the sawdust that landed on my Brand New Roof which I was also worried about, and nothing ever even came close to the roof coming down aside from the sawdust! A FANTASTIC SERVICE! I'll be calling them again! You should too!

The second time, I didn't even bother getting other quotes--I went straight to A&S because of how efficient and effective their crew is. They even managed to come out the same day I called! Recently, after a month of waiting to spread the mulch from a tree grinding, I noticed that the job wasn't fully completed due to the challenging location (a large, mature tree in a tight two-foot area surrounded by a driveway and sidewalk). It was impossible for them to see all the remaining roots. When I reached out, they immediately recognized the oversight and had it resolved within 24 hours. I'm convinced A&S Tree Service has one of the most ethical business owners in Cleveland. I've had at least four trees removed by them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

A recent storm launched a large branch on a neighbors garage, while another branch was poised above my garage ready to break. Alex arrived same day as my call ( I sent him pictures so he knew this wasn't a leisurely take down. He spoke to me and two neighbors and even recorded a video for my insurance claim. The price was more than fair. The crew arrived on time and got to work 3 days later. They were fast, friendly and immaculate at clean up. I had both crane and a bucket truck, as well as their tree climber- who was fascinating to see his skill. These guys are the real deal. True "tree whisperers" who were faster than their estimated time, and also gave me an opportunity to add on additional small trees which Alex identified as future problems. Worth it. I will give my highest recommendation on both safety and speed, plus the price was fair! My situation was not one you want to be in- especially with a storm system looming on tomorrows weather- and they made sure we were ahead of it and safe. Five stars out of five for this top notch company. The BEST.

From the time I initially called the owner, it was as if I was talking to a friend. My house needed some serious work done in order to effectively (and completely) waterproof it from the exterior method. A tree needed removed, concrete needed blown up inside and out, an entire main sewer needed replacing, the trench digging around the entire perimeter, removal of stairs, a back porch, and a repour of steps and an extended patio. His project manager Alan and his crew of about 5 did everything in one week (tree was removed a month prior). They were hard-working, personable, were super nice to my family and ensured my 4 cats didn't escape during the constant in and outs of our house. Flexible on our payments and really tried to keep costs low given the amount that needed complete in the tight quarters city of Garfield Heights. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for ANY work they provide!!
