My concerns are not with her personally, but with the overall communication and follow-through I experienced. I initially reached out because I was seeking assistance with serving a defendant and was willing to pay for professional help to ensure everything was handled correctly. Unfortunately, I repeatedly found myself having to follow up for information and status updates that I had been told would be provided. On multiple occasions, I was given verbal assurances that information would be sent, but I never received it and had to continue chasing answers. One example was an e-filing matter. After waiting for follow-up that never came, I ultimately handled it myself and discovered that confirmation information had been sent to the company's email address rather than mine. I then had to call for assistance to resolve the issue. The filing itself only cost $3.50, which was significantly less than the service fee I was prepared to pay. Cost was never my concern--I was willing to pay whatever was necessary for reliable assistance. What I needed was communication and follow-through. What made the experience especially frustrating was that I am already dealing with the stress of pursuing money lost in a scam. When promised updates never arrive, it naturally creates concern and uncertainty. From a customer's perspective, if I have to repeatedly follow up on the same issue after being told it will be handled, confidence in the service begins to erode. While the pricing may be economical, I would not use the service again due to the communication issues and the amount of effort required on my part to obtain answers and updates. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improved communication and follow-through would have completely changed my experience.

This has been no problem in the past for this insurance office. Recently the policy came up for renewal and the storage place wants confirmation on the renewed policy of course. I scheduled the payment online and it was paid. two days after that I asked Carol Drakes office to email me the new declarations page for the current policy so I did not have to buy additional insurance from the storage place. Well this is where the problem begins. They confirmed that the payment had been processed and the policy was good for another year. I asked for the declarations page and what they sent me started with a BALANCE DUE page showing the policy as expiring in a few days. After more emails and days....they still would not/could not send me a declarations page for the new current policy. I was told by the office manager that this is designed by headquarters and comes as a package and that the BALANCE DUE page means nothing. So I will have to purchase the additional insurance from the storage place because Carl Drakes office manager thinks what she sent was more than what is needed. No common sense. I am afraid this demonstrates what is going to happen if I ever need to make a claim. not a good place to start from. This is why I am going to be leaving State Farm, Carol Drakes office, and obtain different coverage. I hope you have better luck with this office.
