The movers Greg and Rich. .we're excellent. ..don't opt in for worker Moses. .we noticed damaged items. Can I make it a PERFECT TEN? Used these folks yesterday...Local move...Lotsa STUFF! First of all: The gals at the office ROCK!!!! Had a month delay to start with---Rescheduling was easy peasy!!! Today, Nate and Gary showed up...and just knocked it out! Great personalities..cares for my STUFF---did exactly what I asked and also had some great ideas that helped a LOT...Thus, nicely tipped! Movers showed up an hour and a half early. Mind you I'm 8 months pregnant and have a small child so I was not prepared for them. Was told by office staff that she didn't have to have them come help me move. Received 10% off which didn't do anything. Was charged for the first hour of them taking personal calls and sitting in their truck. They broke the legs off my dresser and damaged a lot of my furniture. So obviously don't use them unless you want to be taken advantage of during a rough time and have your possessions treated like garbage. When I made the arrangements I spoke with Mary she was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, she was out of town during this and the woman answering the phone was very short tempered and took her anger out on me instead of taking the fault initially. read more

Mary at the office, Karen, the estimator and their crew all did a very good job for us. Karen came out to our home twice and spent a lot of time with us. She gave us a very fair flat fee rather than an hourly rate. The men did a very very good job. There was no damage, they were prompt and worked incredibly hard. It is very difficult to find a good mover. We researched a lot of firms and after meeting Karen, my gut feeling was she would be honest and do the best job....and she did. read more

I truly hate to leave this review but I'm extremely unhappy with the lack of communication from the owner. While I may not be able to get my newly upholstered 50s diner booth repaired I would've at least expected an apologetic response from John. Nope, no response to my email about my damaged booth. I understand it's been very hot and the movers have to work quickly. They've all been very polite but how does every side of a booth get damaged this badly!?? Complete moving and storage has apparently been in business since 1993 and has a lovely website with photos showing furniture nicely wrapped in blankets. I guess that's just for looks? Now, no response from the owner? I've spent close to $1000K with these guys. At least have the decency to acknowledge me after I've spent money on your business. It's wrong and shady. On top of that while moving stuff around in our new house one of the movers place a coffee table on top of our leather couch causing the wooden legs to scratch the entire front of one of the cushions!! I will happily rave about your business if you treat me right, I even buy snacks and water for your workers because I care about people and this is the treatment I get in return. Things happen, stuff gets damaged but ignoring me is a different story. Go elsewhere if you value your belongings. read more

I was very impressed with their service. Chuck & James were great. Very quick and precise. I had 4 relocation cubes and they unloaded it all and managed to fit it all into a 10x15 storage unit - all in 90 minutes (30 min less then what they were allotted). Great job! read more

Complete recently moved my parents locally. Their service was exemplary. They were friendly, professional and stayed far past normal business hours to get the job done. Also, right as they were preparing to deliver the furniture to the new address, the elevator broke. They took it in stride and wrestled all of the heavy pieces up the stairs with great care and no complaining. My parents could not have been more pleased with the job they did. There is one minor part of the move that didn't go according to plan (and wasn't out of Complete's control). They substantially underestimated how long it would take to pack up the house. They expected to have to whole move finished in one day, but this pushed it in to the next day. This did not cause any hardship to my parents, as Complete showed up early the next morning and finished unpacking as quickly as they could. I mention this in case someone has a very tight schedule around the moving day. If the estimated times sound unrealistic, you should probably add a realistic fudge factor to Complete's timeline. If I need to move in the Daytona area, Complete will be the first place I call. read more

Complete moving and storage provided me with the worst service I have ever experienced. Not only did they leave several items at my mothers house and had to be called back to pick them up but on their arrival at my new home they just unloaded the truck and put the boxes anywhere they wanted which led to me having to put the correct boxes in the correct the rooms as they were marked. They also put a box that I marked very important on the back patio underneath several other boxes it took me 5 days to find my mother's nebulizer which administrates my mother's medicine for her COPD. The gentleman that was in charge would not even hardly speak to me once they arrived at our new home so how was I supposed to communicate where I wanted things put. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed I was charged extra fees for large wall hangings.... Which one of the most expensive ones was left behind when they left the first time. When arriving at my new home things where place in wrong rooms including the garage and the patio which caused me great duress and fatigue due to my own current illnesses. I am posting this with great faith that someone can be saved from this company as I will be fighting to get some money back the owner Karen chooses not to even communicate with me. read more

It's been a few weeks since our move. 4 - 5 weeks My wife got an estimate from a women from Complete moving, inc. for moving dressers, beds, livingrooom dining room, and a few other items. She told my wife to pack the dressers full as they would be moving them with draws in, after wraping them with plastic. and wraping the couch As it turned out the took all the draws out of all the dressers carried them down stairs nicking the walls and dressers. drawers missing pieces now woun't slide dropped a white couch (unwrapped or covered ) on the ground from the top of the ramp. never and said a word. brought at least one of the mattersses down the stairs one guy slid it down. mattresses are now dirt stained, I don't think they even moved everything that was quoted. as I and a relitave we're loading a 26 ft truck with everything else that wasn't indoor funiture. So called the Company owner called me back and said. Well it was Hot out and the guys get hot. WHAT ? Payed them Then I had to patch and paint walls and fix funiture.
