We retained Home Insulation Co. www.homeinsulationcompany.com (who did an excellent job by the way) to conduct the insulation job and they in turn recommended Mike with Inspect it Right. Mike did a complete inspection and found enormous holes in the duct work that our buyer's inspector obviously missed before we bought the house. He did a complete energy audit which was very enlightening. We also have a comprehensive written report that will go with the house. Mike was very patient and explained what he was doing and why. I'm sorry that we did not retain Inspect it Right for our initial inspection, but should we ever need to have one done in the future, Mike will be our only choice.
