I can't recommend Brad Paetz strongly enough. He was also flexible with the start date, and since it was vacant, he started ahead of schedule and got the entire job completed by the day it was scheduled to begin. That in itself would be enough for me to rave about! However the real rave comes from the attention to detail and thoroughness demonstrated. He fixed up any spots on the walls that had been inadequately filled and the walls look perfect now, installed plates over unused security system wiring throughout various points in the condo unit, replaced impossible to reach light bulbs and several other little extras that he noticed and just took care of. He was punctual for our various meetings and a consummate professional. I would not hesitate to hire Paetzy's Renovations again.

Martin said its ok to vent into the attic aslong as its close to a vent.everything was done at the same time not weeks after. He could not get the countertop straight so he said to get someone in which he paid for. The bad employee was while he was still working here. As for micromanaging i was at work mon-fri 8:30-6 so barely seen them and aggressively pulling on the plumbing lol. And thats not what leaked. The skylight was discussed and to studs as i was the one talking with him not my mother whom i take care of. He said he will even put cedar to box in the skylight to make it nice. As i said we got the contract after i asked why the bathrooms are not gutted. And says i would do damage to a done bathroom?what a joke anyways beware. Make sure you get everything in writing before you let him start. There is way better companies out there.im sure you can tell by the pics that the work he did was subpar grout, caulking etc.

Steve, the owner of Hennink is an incredibly honest and good person. His quote was fair and he stayed within our budget and worked with us throughout the whole process. The team of guys working on our home were amazing, they were all such skilled workers and very kind. They all made living at home through a big renovation with a new baby go as smoothly as possible. Thank you to Steve, Matt, Shawn, Cole, Dawson, Dillion, Tyrus, and Mark for everything. The other contractors Hennink works alongside were excellent, and we truly appreciated the workmanship of Tony from Carpentry Solutions, Chris from Daly Aluminum, and Brad and Eddie from Briar Pump and Plumbing. Thank you for making our dream home

We also purchased new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave). We totally renovated the Ensuite Bathroom - floor, vanity, lights, toilet, shower, and soaking tub. We are incredibly happy with the results - thrilled is a better word. The team stayed on budget. They were so respectful of our house and our time. Super clean and Tu wouldn't take a final payment until the back-ordered cupboard doors were in and installed! That's the sign of an honest businessman in my eyes! They started each day on time and always made sure they put their tools out of the way at the end of the day. The work they did was fantastic. We love the results. The products they used are high quality but didn't break the bank. I can't recommend them enough for the job they did. We have more work to do in the house and we will definitely be bringing them back for that. Thanks Tu and your GREAT team!!!
