Why I would never use this company again and would recommend everyone steer clear from them is the 'back office' who have proven to me every single conversation that they are rude, incompetent and have poor systems that do not allow adequate notes and actions to be completed. This company has taken money from my account that they didn't tell me I owed, didn't notify me, and actually told me I had a completely paid account when I called and specifically asked about. I have spent more hours on the phone to them then I have had cleaning time. The 2.5 months of using their services has been the most stressful and disappointing I have ever experienced. I am now having to complain through an ombudsman as the company would not take any responsibility for their poor service and money taken from my account that I still do not know why and they refuse to refund. Please beware.

It has some odd opening hours & sometimes isn't open when it should be. The staff are very helpful & will offer advice on the best carpets for your budget. I find I can get a good deal here on good quality carpets. They always have offcuts if you need a smaller piece of carpet which are often big enough to do a small room. Overall a good shop & well worth a visit if you need some new carpets/flooring.
