I can't say enough fantastic things about the doctors. They are kind, caring, very knowledgeable, and if they were running the therapy portion, it would be worth it. The front desk staff is also good to deal with and everyone is very friendly there. So first thing - you'll go in, you'll get x-rays, and then you'll be presented with a plan if needed to help address your concerns. Stop right there. Go there for chiropractic adjustments but nothing else. I HIGHLY recommend you find an actual physical therapist to help you resolve your issues. Most people come in and are given a few stretches and a few exercises to do. You're then kind of just expected to work on your own, and do those things over and over and over again. The staff and the manager of that area are too busy talking amongst themselves to pay any attention to you. Even when they aren't busy, they won't put in the work. Or if they do try to tell you what to do, they'll just tell you to do the same thing over and over again because it's easy. Even though the manager and friends are too busy chatting to pay any attention to you, they will mark down whatever exercises you have done, so they can then bill your insurance for a "therapy session". Which entails you driving all the way in there, doing your one set of stretches, getting adjusted, and then leaving. It's a joke and people don't improve because there is no attention, no one looking at your form, making suggestions, helping you progress, or making any changes based on what you need. They then may tell you that you need braces, like for your back. The case manager will tell you one is $1,100.00. However, when you actually get the brace and google it, you'll learn that you can get it on Amazon or from other companies for $70 - $100.00. The neck brace costs $200.00, so you could pay for those without paying this team thousands of dollars to ignore you and bill your insurance for inappropriate amounts of money. I really hope this helps someone not lose that much money and find a therapist that will actually be able to help reduce your pain and heal.

So when I encountered severe pain in my left upper leg I actually Googled pinched nerve treatment and up popped Advanced Health and Wellness. Luckily they are 5 miles from my home. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. They fixed the pain within a few weeks of the 8 week plan. Recently I had another pain related incident on the right side below my waist. Long story short Dr. Bupp was able to get me in fast and help me. He went the distance and took me in on a day that they weren't open! I still go for adjustments every 2 weeks to maintain my health. The staff there are terrific. I am so glad I found them!

This place is a scam…read more First off, it's like a factory, where everyone lines up to have the exact same adjustments done ( - it's all out in this big open room, so you can see what they're doing.) They sit you in this room and tell you about all the modalities they'll use to help you, and then calmly tell you it'll be some $12,000 and hand you the clipboard to sign, as if it were the most natural thing in the world. If you dare question their quote, or ask any billing questions whatsoever, they will make an example out of you, and give you a hard time, and sigh and shake their head, and make you feel like a 'problem patient,' and have some supposed bigwig from the back come out to talk to you, and other nonsense and idiocy. I had to beg and plead with them to give me some exercises I could do at home to help with the pain - but they weren't even concerned about that - I guess if the pain goes away, I wouldn't come back as much, right? - but they'd grudgingly give me just one new exercise every few times - and only because I pushed them to - they knew which ones I needed and just held them back - they could've helped me months earlier!!! It was also a bit frightening to overhear Dr Bupp on the phone with his wife on a couple of occasions... He was just shockingly immature,... and (as if the exorbitant charges and upselling and one-size-fits-all adjustments, and rude girls running around and Jesus music weren't enough,) I knew for sure then I wouldn't trust him anymore... Please be careful here. They may be able to help, but they will make you pay way beyond what you should have to, and make you wait much longer for pain relief than is necessary. Remember there's a lot you can do with stretching and exercises and posture at home.

The quoted price on the phone for visits (~$75/visit) is false and I was charged over $200 per visit-- I continuously asked what my appointments would cost at the time services were rendered and was told "don't worry, we'll work with you". I can tell you that is false- they don't work with you; when I asked to speak to the owner regarding this, the billing person (unfortunately I cannot remember her name-Deanna maybe?)said no. Since I had moved out of town, I couldn't resolve the issue in person. Also, they charge different prices for different body parts? I'm a physical therapist and know that this is NOT standard practice. A therapeutic exercise charge is a therapeutic exercise charge, and insurance reimbursement does not differ depending on body part, so don't let them persuade you otherwise. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for care. The lack of professionalism when it comes to the validity of their quoted prices and dealing with the billing representative makes me sad to work in the same field.

As someone who tends to book last-minute, I really appreciate how accommodating he is; he almost always squeezes me in the same or next day. The results speak for themselves: my lifelong migraines have dropped from constant to just a few times a year, and my sciatica pain feels "worlds better" just a day after an adjustment. Dr. Bob clearly loves what he does--it's a passion, not just a job. He has a fantastic bedside manner, blending humor with genuine care (though he will give me a playful "reprimand" and a firm elbow to the sciatic nerve if I wait too long between visits!). Their video conference software for the $350, one-hour psych intake appt failed, and we ended up doing that call by phone. Dr. Molina was in a huge rush to get off that call--even though it should have been an hour--that it was disconcerting for us. He hung up after half an hour, leaving a lot our questions unasked and unanswered. The followup appointment was supposed to be in person. We drove 45 minutes to get there, only to learn that Dr. Molina had cancelled his in-person appts for the day, and no one had bothered to notify us. We had even scheduled it further out than desired so it could be in person, if I remember correctly. In the end, they sat us in a grubby office with an old laptop, and we did the appointment that way. On top of which, Dr. Molina's medication recommendations were neither useful nor evidence-based. Would not recommend. There are psychiatrists out there who are in it for the people and (not just) the money--find one of them.
