We were on the fence on whether or not to get an inspection done as ours was a brand new build, but after seeing the time and effort Mike put into the inspection, and the potential problems he found, it was well worth it. Michael was very professional and thorough - did a great job and followed up with an extensive report detailing the condition of the house. When the sprinkler system could not be checked due to the irrigation water not being turned on by the city, Michael returned to the house the following week and inspected the system.
