They had an appointment for 10/24/19 from 3pm-5pm. I had several stains near the entryway, outside the kitchen, outside the bathroom, and a few spots in the bedroom. Unfortunately, they were all here before I moved in 10/13/18 so I wasn't sure what they were from. Generations Carpet Cleaning were able to remove all the stains! My carpet throughout my apartment looks brand new!! Also, the product they used doesn't have a terribly strong smell and actually smells good.
