I definitely am grateful for Kat and Jacqueline, the phone receptionists ; the online booking site ; and the OG OD [Oriental Doctor] acupuncturists Cathy, Dan, & Debbie, (haven't seen the owner Frank yet... but I will.) As a social bee, I've also met so many patients & regulars, the people here that have shared with me their stories & especially notable is Tom who showed me how they're doing the Electrostim and acupuncture on his head for Parkinson's ; and a multitude of people coming in for their various ailments like knee pain, facial rejuvenation, allergies, addiction, seizure, side effects from cancer [lethargy, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, anorexia et al], a pregnant lady who was breach, hoping to turn the baby (!!!), anxiety, addiction, insomnia, neck & back pain etc. & much much more. Of course, like all things, no treatment lasts forever. But it can definitely build up. So for people that don't know, the needle is so small like a hair & you can barely feel it, and you may not even feel it at all !! It's not even sharp or like a blood draw. The price for this community acupuncture is $30, $35 or $40 pay as you can. So it can be very economical for your ailments because it is community acupuncture meaning instead of having your own private room, you are treated in a living room full of 7 reclining chairs. After seeing Hillary four times my uterine lining had thickened substantially. My sessions with Hillary also help with the stress that comes along with Infertility and trying to conceive. After several days of continuous close-spaced and forceful hiccups, during which I could barely…read moresleep or eat, and after seeking traditional medical help from the hospital emergency department, I booked an appointment with Andrea for acupuncture treatment. By the day of my appointment, I had been hiccuping for 7 days straight. I was mentally and physically exhausted. The meds that had been prescribed by the hospital doctor did not provide any relief. Andrea Murphy to the rescue! I had no prior experience with acupuncture, this was my first time. I was open minded but honestly also slightly skeptical. But nothing else was working, and my girlfriend was urging me to try this. Within minutes of Andrea placing the needles, my hiccups ceased! Within moments of that, in the tranquility of the treatment room, I dozed off. I woke up a bit later, to learn that Andrea let me sleep for about an hour, while my girlfriend sat in the room watching over me. I needed the rest, clearly! Shortly after awakening, after some discussion, Andrea removed the needles, and placed a few special needles that I would be able to leave in place when going home. My hiccups began again when the needles were removed, but they were spaced apart more than they had been, and they were weaker, not as intense. I stayed optimistic. I departed her office just before noon. By 6PM THE HICCUPS COMPLETELY CEASED! I was delighted, and immediately laid down to sleep, to get all the rest possible in case the hiccups returned. I slept for hours, woke up, ate some food, and STILL NO HICCUPS! I went back to bed and got the first full night of sleep in over a week! I kept fearing that the hiccups would return, but they never did! Now, I am a true believer, and I give my STRONGEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION to Andrea Murphy! She has amazing skills, knowledge, and experience, and above all she has true passion for her vocation and showed thorough care and compassion for me as a person and as a patient. I will absolutely seek treatment by Andrea for my future needs - hopefully never for hiccups again! If you are on the fence at all - don't be!

I went in for an issue with my wrist, and also an issue regarding three surgeries on my foot. After several treatments, my foot was responding beautifully! We were extremely disappointed to find out that Marcela would not clearly answer our question of "are you fully vaccinated?" We assumed that her hesitation meant that she was not vaccinated, so we chose to leave. Her opinion was that as long as she is wearing a mask her patients are safe, but we do not agree with that. We feel that it is very selfish and dangerous to be up close and personal with health care workers who are not vaccinated, so we could not stay there.
