John is a former tree guy so he looks like he can squat you and break you like a twig. With both you cannot go wrong just find one that fits your schedule. Speak out in what areas are problem, if pressure is too much or too light. These three will adjust. You are in charge of your experience but these experienced therapist can only do their best. We were covered with towels and a covering was placed over our eyes. There was soft relaxing music playing in the background. Unlike other food massage places, we did not soak our feet in water. Instead, our feet were cleaned with alcohol spray and a wash cloth. The massage itself concentrated on our feet only. There was a very small time on the lower legs.
