After two disastrous stays at other deceptively rated PT facilities in Moorestown (Cambridge) and Voorhees (Autumn Lake), I can't praise the Medford Leas Physical Rehab facility enough. We experienced a clean, friendly, unpretentious environment, a very high quality of care, highly skilled English- speaking staff, a generous hotel grade menu, and a "go the extra mile" attention to individual patient needs. Medford Leas Physical Rehab not only gave our family member the encouragement one needs when they are down, but they restored our family's faith in humanity after experiencing two prior facilities that can only be described as "holding facilities for the unwell." Kudos and thank you Medford Leas. One final, unfortunate word, care like this is obviously more costly than those understaffed Medicaid warehouses that now represent the majority of residential PT/convalescing facilities. Your private insurance carrier may balk at the rates and your co-pay may be prohibitive if they consider Medford Leas "out of network."

I called to set up a tour for my parents, and upon hearing that my mother has a memory diagnosis, they immediately told me she would have to move into assisted living -- independent living was not an option, in their view. This despite that fact that my mother is still early in her diagnosis and functioning independently, and a higher level of care than she actually needs would definitely compromise her health rather than improve it. When I said I thought there must have been some miscommunication, I was told no, that's just how their "qualification process" works. That's actually the *absence* of a process. If they think they know what a resident needs without actually taking the individual into account, I hate to think how else they may discount residents' individuality there. All other CCRCs we toured (4 of them) were in agreement that my parents are both a fit for independent living. I feel like we dodged a bullet by not getting any further with Medford Leas. Especially if you have a loved one with a memory diagnosis, make sure you find a place that wants to ask you questions or meet your loved one *before* determining their level of need.

The following is a review about a BAD Emergency ROOM VISIT 7/19/26 due to a fracture I sustained…read morearound 1am that day. The fracture's called the Proximal humerus, which is to non medical oriented persons my right upper shoulder arm bone. At the time I was in such pain I took an ambulance to an ER. I didn't choose Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital as I've lived in South Jersey since May 2026 only so I didn't know anything about the place. After about an hour and a half after my arrival X-rays were at last taken. I was told I needed to wear a splint (also called a sling) for the fracture I sustained. I'm not a handy person so I found the sling extremely difficult figuring out how to put it on. (HUGE understatement. REALLY!!! The Velcro on it made it ridiculously worse, actually. I'll explain that a little later.) The worst thing of my time in this emergency room was I had a disturbing impression the sling was going to be more ridiculously difficult to wear -- YES within the confines of this emergency room --due to my impression nobody with the exception of a tech in the ER named Keith (see my posted video) involved in my so -called care. He was the only one who instructed me how to put it on. It wasn't very instructional unfortunately. I appreciate he tried, still. All that said I should report the Pro-care sling (that's the CRAPSHOOT company that made what I think was a total piece of GARBAGE) continued to be impossible to figure out I went to an urgent care facility to get REAL I was praying real help with it. So again all that noted here's what I have to say in closing about this ER VISIT, I gave it 2 star because as another Yelp reviewer wrote on his post "no stars isn't an option."
