This place is horrible. It was one of three local sub-acute rehabs close to our home that has…read moredialysis on site, and the only one covered under my dad's insurance. The faculties are old, dining is abysmal, and the rooms are dirty. When we arrived the curtains in the room were filthy. The nursing care is a joke. Staffing ratios were one 1:40, no way you can give good care. My dad had CHF and wasn't getting daily weights. I requested he get added to the save our skin program and nothing was done, he would lay flat for hours. I had to send him out via ambulance after he was experiencing shortness of breath and a low pulse ox that no one noticed a change in his baseline status. A nurse had not assessed him this day or listened to his lungs, the bread and butter of an assessment. After he was admitted in the hospital no one called except the financial manager (Pat)who claimed I requested a bed hold to the tune of a few hundred dollars per night. I told her I never authorized that and my father was not going back there to die. I understand some of this is a result of the current healthcare climate in the US, but this is unacceptable. I transferred him to care one Moorestown (ratio 1:15)and it was the best decision I ever made. Vile, awful, disgusting, and the worst care I have experienced as a person, daughter and nurse. The therapists try but this facility is a mess, avoid at all costs. Literally one of the worst experiences of my life.

I would never recommend anyone to go here. Some of the nurses and some of the Cna were attentive…read more However, it took forever for someone to come into the room 40 minutes or more to change my mother. There were times it took over two hours for someone to come in to change my mom. The nurses ignore the buttons and noises going off at their station. They expect the cna to address everything. The night manager there would is very unprofessional and they didn't do therapy like they should have and they didn't elevate my mother in bed when eating, and besides therapy she was stuck in the room al day in bed or in wheel chair. This caused panic attacks, anxiety and her mental status was definitely affected by no interacting with other residents. They are all about the money and not the patients care. I would give them a zero. My mother ended back in the hospital with UTI and septic shock and dehydration cdiff norovirus and was in icu for 5 days and is still in hospital. I was up there every day for several hours a day. I seen a lot during this time.
