Everything and everyone as professional and friendly.... EXCEPT the first Radiology man I had. He was NOT very friendly, and acted like I was bothering him. When we, as patients are there, we are in pain, at a new environment, and vulnerable. He never communicated anything to me, what was happening, what would be happening... The Cat scan room (I didn't know I was having one, only heard X ray from prior staff) was absolutely freezing! I could not stop shivering and laid down on the cold table. I told him I had a bad back and asked for a pillow under my knees. He reluctantly walked over to get one. Then as I expressed I was shivering, he tells me to control it, that it would ruin the procedure. HOW DO YOU CONTROL your Shivering? Finally after awhile, he walked over and gave me a cover, not a blanket. It was better than nothing. I tried to relax on my own but it was difficult. I was wearing a Tshirt and long pants. After he disappeared, I had NO communication what , when, was happening or going to happen. The machine just made different noises and now and then it would move me. Only because I just had an MRI, I figured it would be awhile but had no way to communicated that I knew of or was told to me. Toward the end of what seemed forever, a different man came and said he was replacing the first one. I heard him later say something to the nurse about taking over and I assumed the first man was at the end of his shift when he got me? THANK GOD he hopefully went home! The second, replacement, communicated, was professional, and kind. That was all I asked, communication at a place I never had been to, a procedure I was not familiar with... do not think that is much to ask. Long story short, I would return but would refuse service from the first man if I ever saw him again. read more

My husband had a laceration on his brow bone. The time and care given by Dr. Gonzalez was absolutely phenomenal. Intake and triage were fast, the doctor took his time stitching up the laceration and knew that it would be best to be seen here rather than waiting hours possibly overnight at a main hospital nearby. He was kind, compassionate and has exceptional bedside manner. Way better than the first urgent care we went to and got turned away. read more

Urgent Care was nice. Staff very attentive, caring and fast. The doctor was quick and thorough. We wanted to make sure there was not any fracture or other severe damage to arm. We didn't even think about going to the urgent care as we were set on the hospital. Then we were recommended to go to Urgent Care. I am happy and thankful for medical practices that are 24/7 care, as you never know when you may need it. In this case we were blessed to be seen within appropriate time, cared by quickly and well let's hope insurance helps with expense. read more

Took my daughter here a few days ago in the early morning bc she was freezing cold and kept waking up. Thought she had an interaction with her meds bc she had started a new one and took cold medicine with it. Location was 15 min away and there was no one except us. From check in to checkout, these folks were so help and efficient. They were thorough and listened to all our concerns. They were 24 hrs and took her insurance so it was a win win for us. I can say this was the most hands on treatment I had during my sickness with covid I went one premiere 24 emergency and mission trail during this time frame and felt like I was pushed to the side and not given proper medical attention. But this wasn't my experience here I felt like they did everything they could to help me feel better the staff seemed more hands on and tried to make me as comfortable as possible I felt they were Thorough and am glad I went there wish it was my 1st stop would've saved me a lot of time. My experience here at complete care has been absolutely stellar being that I'm so sick at the moment it has given me some peace of mind to know that I wasn't taken advantage of during my stay. Took my son there at 3am on a Friday complaining of ear pain. The doctor saw him for probably less than 3 minutes. She asked us (mom & dad) if we'd given him anything for pain like Tylenol. I explained that my son has Aspergers (high-functioning Autism) and has trouble swallowing pills (Sensory Processing Disorder). She was condescending and asked if we tried liquid. My son is 15 years old, so I explained that we had not because I was not aware of any liquid Tylenol for someone his age. She said she would write out prescriptions for liquid ibuprofen and Motrin and began to dismiss herself. I actually had to stop her and ask her, "Aren't you going to look at his ears?" She turned around, quickly checked his ears and said there was fluid and that was causing him pain and the prescribed meds would help. We were grateful for the scripts, thinking that was all that could be done. We go the weekend with my son having his pain controlled with the meds--which we thought was good. But come Monday, he is unable to hear from either ear. We make a same-day appt with his PCP and she comments that she doesn't see how they would be able to see any fluid because his ears were blocked with wax! (I KNEW the exam was too quick!) An ear flush was done and an infection was exposed. I won't trust this place again. We paid $245 for that 10-minute visit, most of that with the medical assistant! AND they weren't even busy. We were the ONLY patient there! Maybe that's why we had to pay so much--no one else to collect from!! read more

Dr Le, Judith BSN, RN, and Lisa were amazing. I'm visiting my son in the area and I had a flare up with my arthritis. They took excellent care of me, provided education along the way, and the service was speedy and efficient. I am just floored at the level of customer service I have received, floored in the best of ways!! I wasn't sure if I had a blood clot in my foot, or a broken bone, etc. I was soooo nervous going in. The nurse was very thorough and kind and when the doctor walked in his humor and bed side manner put me right at ease. The X-ray tech was helpful, gentle and also had a wonderful bed side manner. In and out I was there UNDER AN HOUR. I left with a podiatry referral and they got me in that afternoon. I also spent a very small fraction of what my ER copay was on my card. Just now I got a phone call from the Doctor asking how I was feeling! From the moment I walked in, the admin at the front desk to the last person to tell me where the exit was - they were all wonderful!! read more

I had gone to urgent care a few days before coming here because I was feeling bad. The doctor at the other location just checked my throat and said I had a virus and it had to run its course. I felt worse two days later, but because of my last experience with the other clinic I decided to come here. I had an amazing experience here. There was no long waits and lobby was clean. The receptionist was very kind and acknowledged me and helped me with the registration process. The nurses that took care of me were amazing as well as the doctor. Turns out I had bronchitis. The doctor ordered some X-rays because of the wheezing in my lungs, and wanted to rule out pneumonia. I was given antibiotics, steroid shot and a breathing treatment. I was sent home with a prescription. The doctor nor nurses rushed me on explaining how I felt. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in need of an urgent care & can't wait to see your primary doctor. read more

Second time here; last time was for my fiancé and this time for my little one. She was suffering from a cold and conjunctivitis, which the doctor (who was GREAT with my 11 month old!) diagnosed immediately and sent us out with a prescription that was quickly faxed to our pharmacy. The whole process couldn't have been more efficient; we didn't even have to get behind our regular bedtime schedule! We left our house at 7:47pm and got back home by 8:30 (even though Walgreens screwed up our prescription.) I'd actually rather go here and see Dr. Brian than try to get an appointment at my daughter's pediatrician's office downtown. My rating system: 5*= Driving across town just for this! 4*= I would recommend visiting. 3*= Average, acceptable, positive. 2*= You might be able to drag me in. 1*= I will definitely not be returning. read more

One of the best experiences that I had with the emergency care. The front desk was "OK" but the behind the desk where I met with the Emergency Room Staff; they blew me a way. Being a RN - BSN and business advisor/business consultant with working small businesses, I was really impressed with not only their medical expertise but the bed side manner was exceptional. I want to recognize Dr. Wyatt, Phil the RN, and Andy who was my EMT/medical assistant. He was fabulous. The staff behind the desk truly cares!!! I highly recommended them. I got 5 star service especially since I am not from the area. If you are not from San Antonio, Texas and you are visiting and need emergency care. This is the place to check out. read more

Excellent place! Very clean. Was in and out in less than an hour on a Friday afternoon!! Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Although I didn't have a long wait time. The medical assistant asked if I was allergic to any medications and I told him yes. They told me they were going to call in a medication for me to the pharmacy and it was the one medicine I was allergic too. So the nurse practitioner who prescribed my medicine obviously didn't take the time to look over my chart if he had he would of known not to give me that medication. Also the medical assistant should of double checked the prescription to make sure. I honestly don't think I will go back to this urgent care facility. read more

Missed my friends BROKEN FOOT after we took her here. They got her in&out nice and quick but upon examination of the x-rays they said were not broken we found that the bone was shattered. I have very little x-ray experience and even I could see that there was something wrong there. One of the bones is shattered and has a huge crack. Foot now has a huge red bruise and is on the verge of becoming a compound fracture. read more
