I came here on thanksgiving. I was in the rehab up stairs. Then they moved me to long term care. What nightmare! The aides hate their jobs. I have a roommate who insane. I mean insane ! She yells at me all day. At night she keeps yelling for me to wake-up. All night long. I call the aides they come for a few minutes, then leave me alone with this psycho. I asked if they could move her, but I'm The one Who has to leave ! Please please do not leave someone who you love. read more

Went for a tour. Multiple patients were screaming in their rooms for help. I felt bad for the guy who was giving me the tour. But I think he's related to the owner based on his reaction and some of the things he was saying. Don't send your loved ones here. read more

The one star given is for the few nurses and the front desk personnel, that I respect and are kind souls... The rest are just vindictive and caddy.. I agree with previous comments, the social worker is horrible.. ignorance knows no limits. In the meantime, my daughter developed a serious wound at this facility. They tried to say it's healing and non stageable...then I took her to the wound care clinic next door where I found out she has a stage 4 wound that had her tendons exposed. The materials they used on her wound were unacceptably cheap and useless and they were trying to tell me she will heal as long as I pray to God. Now she is scheduled for a skin graft and I have moved her to another facility. I have so much more to add, if anyone is interested. read more

The PT/OT staff excellent. The 2nd floor subacute staff also excellent. The social worker and the food - HORRIBLE - she is unapproachable the food is institutional and ick. She doesn't know how to deal with grief or an anxiety breakdown, very argumentative. read more
