I asked for a simple, one-length cut, which should be basic, yet it was not executed well despite her claiming 16 years of experience. She spent a lot of time talking and trying to make it seem like I, the customer, was wrong or didn't understand hair. If the result had matched all that confidence, fine. But talking a lot and then failing to deliver is not good customer service. I'm really disappointed and now have to pay someone else to fix the uneven, poorly done work on my hair. I really wish I could get a full refund.

I have been forced to boil water to wash dishes and find alternative ways to shower every day. What is most concerning is the complete lack of communication from our Portfolio Manager, Denver Maddax. We have not received a single update since Monday. This is extremely disrespectful to the residents of this building, who are dealing with a significant disruption to their daily lives. The lack of empathy and transparency regarding this situation has left many of us feeling frustrated and helpless in our own homes. It takes only a few minutes to provide residents with an update, even if there is no definitive resolution yet. Regular communication and an estimated timeline for repairs would go a long way toward showing residents that their concerns are being taken seriously. We deserve better communication and accountability regarding an issue that has affected our basic living conditions for weeks.

Living here has been the most stressful experience I've ever had to go through. I got behind on…read morerent due to a job change but had communicated what was going on and when they could expect my payment. I got a notice on my door to pay by January 12th. I paid OVER that amount before the 12th. I had noticed that the payment was not posted so I had sent over multiple emails with proof of payment on time, and they responded that they didn't post the payment yet, it took them until after the 20th to post the payment to my account, BUT I have email threads with them communicating that they had received the payment in time. On January 29th ish I got a court summons on the door due to "non payment". I then again reached out confused since at this point I'm fully paid up until the end of February since I also paid that early. I had received a reply that "That notice is auto generated if rent isn't paid and posted" and "You currently have paid off all of your rent fees. Sorry for any troubles." Confused on how something get auto taped to my door but whatever. I then asked if I had to go to that court date since they acknowledged that it was "auto generated" and that I'm caught up. I got replied with "Nope, you are current" soooo... I didn't go!! In hindsight I should have just to be safe. But now.. there was an eviction posted by the sheriff's office on the front door. Assuming because of that court date I was told had had communication of that I did not have to attend. Also funny but also insane is that a few days prior to this eviction being on the door I had gotten a request to meet up and sign an addendum.. why would you have me sign this if your evicting me... I don't even think anyone here knows I'm being evicted due to the email threads I have.Its halfway impossible to get ahold of anyone here, half the time other people are replying to emails. I don't want to get evicted and I know I only have a short amount of time to get this fixed and I'm hoping someone there sees this since it's slim chance they will actually answer the phone or any of the emails I have sent
