I have no reason to doubt the quality and skill of the acupuncturist there. I confidently place my trust in them and have yet to be disappointed. NOTE: I do not recommend this place if you are needy and require a lot of hand holding. But be prepared to clearly articulate your intent for visit (but whisper).

My acupuncturist, Sarah, was attentive and seemed to have an ease with administering the treatment that put ME at ease. They run on a sliding scale of cost, which I don't quite understand yet, but I will definitely be back. I frequently felt the calming, grounding, or energizing effects of his work immediately. Although external looks weren't my primary concern, I was frequently amazed, when I happened to catch a glance of myself in the mirror, by how radiant and colorful my face appeared after an acupuncture session--it seemed that inner health was shining outward, too. I feel that Eric's acupuncture greatly helped to support my health and energy while I was working very hard toward some ambitious career goals. Because I was able to successfully achieve those goals, I'm no longer in the area. During the initial visit, he also could see that I have some scoliosis/cervical issues ( which were causing migraines ) as well as some digestive issues. His initial intake was very comprehensive. I have been seeing him for 6 months and the migraine issues and digestive issues have drastically improved. I will know more re: the osteoporosis after my next scan but his treatment is very thorough. Not only is he very skilled clinically but he is also a very kind , caring, compassionate practitioner. I'm very active and she helps keep me in shape. Because of her background as a medical doctor as well as acupuncturist, she knows instantly where to place the needles and/or do any cupping to relieve the pain and speed up the healing. I decided to try acupuncture and specifically looked for an acupuncturist trained in China. I had tried acupuncture before for migraines and the Western trained doc didn't help at all but the Chinese trained doc I tried after worked wonders but is now retired. After the first treatment I noticed a significant improvement and after four treatments I was almost 100 percent. It took a while for full recovery because we had to find the cause but we did and I am now without pain and have full mobility. Dr. Ma is kind and gentle and didn't hurt me with the needles.
