Dr Lynne and Dr Ally O'Neil are both fantastic, knowledgeable , and above all caring. The staff they've assembled is second-to-none and great handling our pets safely and in comfort. They have helped our dogs and cat through some difficult and complicated conditions, and been reassuringly available when times were tough. Our pets won't see anyone else.

Sadly, like most vets today, these people are nothing but drug pushers. I brought my dog in for a…read morepaw injury, and the first and only thing they cared about was giving her vaccines. The majority of time was spent arguing with the Vet on why I didn't want her to get more shots, which she smugly laughed off. Could these people even tell you what is in the ingredient list for these miracle vaccines? Also, when I told the Vet my dog had a seizure & almost died from Nexgard, she LAUGHED and turned her back on us and walked out of the room! Also told her about my parents dog that died suddenly 3 weeks after vaccines and they didn't even care, say sorry, or make eye contact. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they are poisoning animals daily, because that is where the money is. Make the animal sick and they'll be a customer for life. This just confirms to me that most of the time, you're better off learning how to care for your animals naturally than going to these places, all they are are big Pharma sales reps and as soon as you say you aren't interested in their potions their entire demeanor changes. Disgusting and sad, but it's the entire corrupt system that needs major change for the future of our beloved pets. Good luck and stick up for your pets!

We have been bringing our pets to Pepperell veterinary for 20 years now. For the most part, their…read moredoctors are good, compassionate, and make my pets feel at ease. However, I have always experienced long hold times when calling on the phone and long wait times when I bring my pet to be seen. Often waiting 25 to 30 minutes in the waiting room before even being seen. But the ONE time in those 20 years that I was late, they canceled my appointment and wouldn't allow me to bring my dog in. They wanted me to reschedule, knowing they wouldn't have an appointment for at least a week, which is not helpful when I already had to wait for two weeks for this appointment and there is something going on with my dog. I am giving them two stars only for the fact that I liked their vets and vet techs, otherwise I would have given them 1 star.

They have…read moreadopted this new policy of being a "fear free, stress free environment for pets and employees"..... but they have taken it to the EXTREME!!! I relayed concerns over the phone of how poorly our dog's vet appointment went last year, while booking her an annual for this year. I relayed that my dog has high anxiety and would be better served if the staff would try to do the exam/shots within a reasonable time block. Basically, a normal pet exam/shots. Apparently, I came across on the phone as verbally aggressive!! I got a nasty email from the office manager Allison accusing me of being verbally abusive to their staff!! She declined animal care for all my pets and said I was no longer welcome at Littleton Animal Hospital because I didn't respect their practice philosophy. I had just been there 2 days prior. Our cat had her annual exam. I asked for an itemized print out of the charges after the exam and asked if the blood panel fee of $157. was for a full panel not partial. That is a reasonable question to ask. I was then accused in the "notes" that were in our pets summary report as being rude!! I have never felt so misunderstood, disrespected in my entire life!! Now I am gladly going to find a new vet for my pets! I am also very heartbroken bc I am not this terrible person they made me out to be in the nasty email I was sent!! I love my pets and I know them best and want to make their experience at the vet the least stressful as possible!! They expect a "perfect" no stress, zero fear based environment!! I think they are mainly worried about "how they feel as employees" verses the best possible way to approach the specific animal. I think they have lost sight of what an animal hospital is supposed to be!! Maybe they should consider becoming a practice of providing pet therapist.

He is a solo practitioner and it is a small clinic with basics. If you suspect something that needs further diagnostics beyond basic x-ray, basic bloodwork, or vaccines and general medicine, I would go to one of the other larger area pet hospitals- in Westford, Waltham, Wachusett, Woburn, etc. Dr. Norelli is very cost conscious and will be very reasonable in terms of conservative treatment. If you are looking for medical care that goes above and beyond (and perhaps needs an ultrasound or an MRI or physical therapy), I would seek a second vet or another veterinary hospital system. He does basic surgery such as dentals, neutering, and lump removals. Maintenance care and palliative care. His hours are limited to the work week Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 9-5pm, so you have to take time off of work to bring your pets here, but if you like being in the exam room, having a one-on-one conversation with your vet and your pet isn't too sick, this is a great and unique clinic! The entire veterinary profession is changing with commercial hospitals and a practice like this is unique and a gem. I recommend Dr. Norelli's practice if you're in the area and needing an empathetic vet.
