Absolutely delighted with the Excel-Part 1 course! Instructor-led class in a modern, comfortable…read morefacility..dual-monitor Dell computers, comfy chairs, good lighting. Our instructor, Valerie Taylor, was beyond excellent: personable, energetic, engaging, extremely knowledgeable. While the course was structured with hands-on work, Valerie took the time to assure that she taught us to the correct level for our experience with humor, real-world examples, dozens of helpful hints/tips that were not part of the course work; she's clearly atop her game. We started promptly at 8:30, ended just at 4:25. Definitely worth the time invested!

Each time, the staff blew me away with their kindness, and the courses equipped me with powerful tools to do my job more effectively. My online live instructors were extremely knowledgeable in their subjects and were patient with me when I didn't understand part of the lesson. The online learning environment was intuitive and an easy way to learn new material with plenty of opportunities to watch examples, practice on your own, and ask questions. Valerie was my Power Hour instructor and I was very impressed with her seamless instruction - in just an hour she was able to instruct us on the basics of using PivotCharts to summarize large sets of data. As a data analyst, this power hour and my three online courses (SQL: Fundamentals, SQL: Advanced, and Excel PowerPivot) have been invaluable to the efficiency of my work and the growth of my skill set.

We truly love this place. It is in a little house off of Papermill, across from Pond Gap…read moreElementary. You will likely hear kids on the playground yelling, "Hi doggy!" The prices are reasonable, the equipment efficient, and the staff skilled and thorough. Our old black lab is treated with such care and always comes home with a shiny, stink-free coat. They also will do teeth cleaning and trim his paw pad fur and nails so he's not sliding around on our floors. It can be challenging to book an appointment. I wish they had online booking for returning clients. Currently, you have to call to make an appointment and I have never had someone pick up during business hours. Instead, you wait several days for someone to return your voicemail appointment request. I recently waited 2+ weeks (after two voicemails) for a return call. I recommend booking your next appt in person when you drop your pet off. I also warn them every time that our pup will excitedly pee all over the floor when they bring him out to us upon pickup and outside maybe a better reunion spot. They always shrug it off and then pup pees all over, stepping in the puddles with his newly bathed footsies. Bleh. The good definitely outweighs the bad, though! They clearly know what they're doing.

I have taken three classes so far. After my first class I was a little unsure if id return, as the…read moreinstructor was very aggressive and it felt kinda like learning from a football coach or something. Im pretty soft spoken and im on the spectrum so im not a fan of that kind of vibe. I also have experience and can do many tricks, but bc i was so nervous i kept messing up and couldnt even do the basics, so i didnt end up enjoying the class at all. However, I returned later, booked a different instructor, and tried again. I ended up really enjoying it and feeling much better....The second time around i found a better fit with the instructor and class level. I think overall if you dont have a good experience, id say at least try once or twice with a different instructor. ***My only real complaint after these couple of classes is the mirrors around the studio.*** There are like 300 mirrors (antique looking) which is a cool aesthetic. HOWEVER, 97% of them have thick frames, aren't aligned with the poles, and dont give you a view of yourself from the pole or the ground. So youre basically learning blind, which for me is VERY difficult. Theres only about 2-3 poles with a really good view and they're right in front next to the front door. So if the class ends up being fully booked, most people end up not having a good view or mirror. Wish they would switch to having full length mirrors down the whole wall like most other studios do.

Don't go to this studio unless you want to be traumatized…read more The instructor was late to class, had no waivers available to sign (wasn't prepared), both of which I could have easily overlooked but one of the instructors actually cursed at me, knowing this was my first ever pole class. To provide context, I was attempting a hold I have never done and was doing it incorrectly (surprise!). Both instructors kept snipping at me sternly "you're going too fast" which I was. But I didn't know how to NOT go to fast. In desperation I asked -- how do I slow down? They attempted to help me and break it down but after one of the instructors said "you're just going too fucking fast" I broke. I'm not good with certain tones, it can be very triggering for me and I instantly had to focus on holding back tears. I ended up walking out of the class. It's obvious neither instructors have the experience to cater their knowledge to each participants specific levels and skills sets in a kind and conscientious way.
