I have been at the location for a very long time and have had good experiences with the staff, but in recent years they have been raising rates at least every six months. I went to a smaller unit less than 2 years ago and that unit is now double the initial rental and higher than much larger units in the area. I am sorry to have to leave Compass. read more

I called and reserved a unit. Upon arrival with the movers, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended a different unit that was closer to the exit and would cost me less per month. Excellent service, friendly and based upon their recommendations, it cost me less than I anticipated. I would say this definitely deserves a 5! After reading some of the other reviews, I feel that it needs to be noted that this is the only climate controlled storage facility in the area that I could find. Granted, they are more expensive than some of the other storage companies if you want to drive to Nashville. read more

My mother has been a long time customer of this facility. She recently has moved into a retirement community. I called about renting another storage unit to store the rest of my mother's belongings. Management of this property has changed. I asked if there was any type of discount for customer loyalty or renting multiple units. The answer was no. The cost of a same size unit is $30 higher than what my mother currently pays under the new management. I myself, have a larger unit in Huntsville, AL that costs less than what this company charges that has security cameras and a security code access gate. I do not recommend Compass.
