These ppl put on a good front. It's all about the money with them. They were on the phone with me and never mentioned money. But once I got there they said my cat could have anything from feline leukemia to a toothache. So of course I'm concerned. They said that they had to run some tests. I said okay. They said that I had to pay $168 for said tests. I said I get paid Wed. I can give you a deposit now then pay the rest Thursday morning. That wasn't good enuf. They wanted $168 right then and $56 for the office visit. That's $224 that I was just supposed to blindly pay to protect my cat. And I almost fell for it. I was going to actually pay this crazy amount to keep Jinx safe. If they would've let me pay on payday, they've gotten me. But I called other vets in the area and found out that the test don't cost that much and other clinics will work with you on the payments. They are about the animals healt. Community Vets will let your animal die if you don't have the full payment. They don't trust their customers and they don't care about the animals. It's all about the cash flow. And if you compare costs, upfront cost especially, you'll find that they are the highest priced Vet in this area. It's a disgusting practice to prey on the animal lovers heart to get to their money. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! And I had to pay the $56 office visit to be told that it was anything from Feline leukemia to a toothace! $56 or they threatened to call the police on my and charge me with theft. The vet was in the room for less than 2 minutes. Of course I paid it! Call the police? I shouldve called the police. I felt like they strong armed me out of my hard earned money.
