They were very accomodating and during my visit a delivery driver brought them what looked like maybe 80 dollars in food, and they refused to tip him. Even after he left they joked about not tipping him how rude!! If they cant respect the people in the service industry getting paid less than minimum wage for tips, then how do you think they would treat a patient. You are nothing but a dollar sign to them. I was supposed to start on Monday, due to them, not checking my portal correctly and seeing that I needed a TB test... which they never gave me... I then had to go to a different location a day before my start date and receive the test. The Romulus location was 20 times better. even didn't understand how the Allen Park location missed it in my portal. Now I have to wait two weeks to start my job, absolutely awful. Do not come here. Eight years ago I had undergone a Lipo sculpture in Colombia where they shaped my body and they did a good job, the surgery was easy because I have always been slimmer. I weighed 116lbs back then. As several years had passed since I had undergone Lipo, now my skin was a little flaccid and with 4 pounds more, when I had the consultation with Dr. Rana Sabbagh I weighed more or less 121 pounds, she told me that she would practice smart lipo. Local anesthesia would be (at least that's what I thought) I told her that what it bothered me is that i had a little fat on my back and wanted to had remove it like years ago. Remember my weight 1221 pounds or something like that) she told me you are going to look great, the fat that I removed would be put on the face, she told me it would be very little because I did not have much fat to remove, but in any case, my face It would look great after doing fat transfer on my face. She charged $7500. The day of my surgery it was performed in her own building in a small room, at that time I asked myself, where is the anesthesiologist? The nurse came and gave me a glass of water and some pills, I asked her what is this? She tells me it's Xanax and Benadryl, with this you fall asleep and we proceed to do the surgery. I thought omg, then she is going to anesthetize me, I also think, I felt vulnerable, really I was in a situation that I didn't know how to think about it, or what to do, too late. After a few minutes, Dr. Rana Sabbagh came I was already on the bed, I asked the nurse, when are you going to inject the anesthesia? She replied, "This is the anesthetized one." By this time i was sedated and deviled on Xanax and Benadryl. Later, Dr. Rana begins to proceed by inserting the cannula and suctioning me, you cannot imagine the pain and the screams that it caused me, I felt that she were killing me in life, for a long time I grabbed this doctor's hand and shouted "no more please" this has traumatized me for a long time. I came out of surgery and returned home, this doctor told me that my recovery would take two or three days and that after that I could go back to work without pain and without any problem. It was the worst nightmare, the recovery took me two weeks with the most intense pain that you can not imagine, this doctor left my stomach and my back full of fibrosis, masses in my body, I had to help myself with a rolling pin and massaged that hard mass that she leave every part of body with the most intense pain but I have to do it. After a week I could already see my body, this doctor left my body like a roller coaster, she suctioned one side the other side she did not suction on my back she took fat from the bottom part the top part and the sides I did not remove , my skin is sagging as if I had lost 100 lbs. A month after the surgery I had an appointment with her, and I told her that I I wasn't happy with this result, she replied "you are skinny and of course you are going to have fibrosis"This is not true, when a real professional performs surgery on you, and especially if you are slim there, should never be fibrosis. She told me that she could perform another surgery on me and that I had a year if she wanted to do it again and for FREE. My God, I would never fall into the hands of this Dr. Rana Sabbagh again. I have consulted two real surgeons plastics. Their answers were, we really are not going to make you spend more money to fix the damage that she did to you. We would have to cut. This MD Rana Sabbagh doctor, she is not a plastic surgeon. Unfortunately I was a victim of my own ignorance.

The docs and patient coordinator was friendly, however one of the desk employees refused to use my preferred pronouns or names, as welll as a couple of the "nurses" or assistants or whoever they had calling people back and taking their vitals. Also I was upset because they used old outdated "diagnostic" coding of transsexualism, which the WHO removed 5 years ago, and they labeled me as "high risk" sexual behavior for asking for preventative care. Found a new doctor who explained that is false, and that code isn't needed for PrEP, and also a new pcp who uses more up to date coding. My last straw was the last couple of time's getting blood drawn. They have an infectious disease department, yet your staff is tearing off the finger tips of the gloves to draw blood to feel for the vein, and also eating and drinking in the lab while patients are getting blood drawn.

I was supposed to get help with pain management. I told the doctor and showed him all meds n told him I had gotten shots. The meds didn't help at all the shots didn't either. He started talking about narcotic, I never once asked him about narcotics, don't no what that is. He became rude in how he spoke to me. Basically saying he couldn't help me. Cut the visit and stormed off. I'm in excruciating pain and just wanted help. Not to be spoken in a disrespectful manner and then leaving the room. Im in intense pain and it took a lot just for me to come. I went to my truck and just cried. Other patients saw me and 1 nice gentleman came to my vehicle and asked me if I needed help in any way, that was beautiful. This man has no compassion or heart and my day was ruined.
