John was extremely nice and was able to pick me up at 5am the next morning. I really appreciated that he was able to fit me in with such short notice. He arrived early and was incredibly patient while I spent the next 15 minutes frantically making sure I didn't forget anything and while I let my dog out one last time before we hit the road. The car was very comfortable and clean. "Pristine" would actually be a better description. Given the early morning pick-up, I was looking forward to zoning out and relaxing during the ride which I was absolutely able to do. John was chatty when I wanted to be chatty and quiet when I wanted to close my eyes for a few. Definitely recommend!!

This taxi service takes the place of both Uber and Lyft in a location where it is still rare for…read moreeither service to operate. In addition, it has also become a de facto part of the public transit system here -- in Miami County, Ohio, there is very limited public transit service which must be reserved 24 hours in advance, and even then, is quite often unable to provide timely service -- or service at all. So, Area Wide Taxi is a vital asset to the community of Troy, Ohio, as well as the county as a whole. This company fills a much-needed niche, particularly for individuals who must rely on others for transportation, myself among these, as I am legally blind. I have always received excellent service from this company. Their drivers are professional and careful drivers, they are very accommodating and kind. It is easy to schedule a ride and their costs are often less than the equivalent price for the same trip using Uber or Lyft (if they happened to be in the area, a rare occurrence).

The pool is extremely clean and also has toys in it for the kids, there's a very nice bathroom in it, and they have towels for the pool area as well. Now the Tvs in the room are extremely nice smart TV's if you can get them to work. No one knew how to make them work. So we were just stuck watching the basic cable stations. The breakfast I really don't consider waffles and biscuits and gravy as hot breakfast. I traved for work and what is considered hot breakfast is eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, gravy, potatoes, etc. Overall with a great staff, the nice pool, and the cleanliness of the place, I definitely give it a four.
