I couldn't agree more with the other comments. This is a bad situation for the Developmentally Disabled community in Washington State, to say the least, and although I can go on to make the same statements about how poorly run this organization is, I think it is more important to consider how it is possible for an organization like this to continue to operate with impunity.
For example, If you do a simple google search on any of their executive level managers, like Randy Hauck or Robin Walker, you will find no listings on them because these folks want to stay anonymous for a multitude of reasons. There are no mentions of awards, community contributions or achievements, news releases, and/or any of the typical things you would find online about a company that is thriving?
The reason I believe this organization is able to get away with so much is that DD providers are scarce, and the people that continue work for them don't have the courage to speak up like others do, so instead they just complain and take the abuse, however, if you are frustrated, like I had become, then you have a few choices, the first is to talk to them about your concerns (as they will most likely use this information to retaliate against you); another thing you can do is call RCS mandated reporting to investigate them (1-800-459-0421); although the best option is to simply quit, and then use Yelp to write an informative review of the organization in an effort to bring to light the negligence of this company.
The anomaly of war is that the best men get themselves killed while crafty men find their chance to govern in a manner contrary to justice.
