All you are is a customer not a patient all they care about is the money. Not helping patients…read morefeel better. Us 2 could care less about improvement of their facility and rules . Gatekeepers of rules that keep you from getting care. Don't waste your time with us 2

I've given Us2 4 different chances since 2020, and they've failed me every time... and I'm honestly…read moreunsure what else to say at this point. I helped them get rid of a transphobic nurse (Nurse Rachel Cabral-Guevara, who is an anti-trans politician as well btw) because she treated me rudely and I still gave them a chance. Therapist McKenna sent me to another therapist because she didn't work with DBT or Borderline personality disorder in 2020... now they are her specialties, wild that. Therapist Trisha broke my trust as a patient. I'm not sure how you can call yourself an ally to trans people and not know what gender dysphoria is and how it can work within people. So I stopped seeing her as well. Now it's 2025, and I'm struggling, looking for any option to seek therapy after spending those years interim on a wait list for someone else, and shocker, turned away due to insurance issues. When I first chose Us2, I asked specifically which HMO they worked best with, so that I could be sure that I had the best access to therapists, just in case. They told me Network Health in 2020, and now, suddenly, there aren't any other therapists that take that HMO? I'd recommend seeking anywhere else before here, I wanted to hope they were better, but being fucked over 4 times is too many, clearly shame on me. A note to Us2: did you rupture your partnership with Diverse and Resilient in Appleton? If not, perhaps you need to work harder on being LGBTQ allies and sensitivity training as well. At this point it feels like you're pandering for money, because I don't see LGBTQ+ support outside of rainbows.
